Nicki Minaj And Meek Mill Break Up Over Drake? ‘They Can’t Even Be In Each Other’s Presence,’ Claims Source

Nicki Minaj and boyfriend Meek Mill have long been plagued by breakup rumors after slamming each other on social media, but have the two now split for good?

According to reports, while rumors have swirled for months that the twosome have been suffering trouble in paradise, sources are now alleging that their romance is “toxic” and the two can’t even stand to be around each other too long amid claims Drake could have been causing drama in their two year relationship.

“This relationship is so toxic to the point that they can’t even be in each other’s presence for too long,” a source told the site Nicki and Meek, who have been dating since 2014, alleging that Meek’s alleged relationship drama with Minaj has been “weighing down heavy” on the “All Eyes On You” rapper.

“[Nicki] is constantly picking a fight with him rather than just enjoying his company and its frustrating for him,” continued the source, adding that although Meek “loves” Minaj, Nicki is just “too hot headed for him.”

“[Meek] is hot headed,” the insider added, “so if he is complaining about her hot headed then you know it’s that serious.”

Nicki and Meek have not yet responded to the breakup reports, though the two were most recently spotted together on November 6 at a basketball game, where Minaj shared a snap with her man from the side-lines on Instagram.

Minaj’s loved-up post also came just one day after she posted a video of herself and Mill to the social media site, where the two could be seen getting cozy and resting their heads on one another amid reports of a breakup.

Mill also appeared to do his part shoot down the breakup reports on his own social media account, posting a screen shot of himself listening to Minaj’s new single “Black Barbies” on November 16.

“Black Beatles and black barbies!” Meek captioned the snap of Nicki, alongside a number of fire emojis.

But while the couple now appear to be doing some damage control amid the breakup rumors on social media, Minaj and Mill have been firing shots at each other on the site over the past few weeks as sources alleged that Nicki’s close friendship with Meek’s nemesis Drake could have caused some serious drama for the two.

BET recently reported that Nicki slammed Meek on Instagram November 2, claiming that Mill was “ungrateful” by posting a meme that seemed to be aimed at her boyfriend of two years.

“Never help an ungrateful person get on their feet. It’s like telling a wolf that you’re a sheep,” Minaj captioned her shot, to which Mill then appeared to tell the world that he was in fact the one Nicki was taking shots at by commenting on the pretty scathing post.

“That’s why I make sure I stand on my own and was M’d up when I met you,” Meek Mill commented on Nicki Minaj’s post, before then alluding to a potential breakup with Minaj on his own Instagram account.

“Some of y’all need to learn how to enjoy your man’s company instead of picking fights with him 24/7,” Meek then hit back, seemingly at Nicki, in a post on his own social media account, which came just days before Urban Islandz source claimed that Nicki is “constantly picking a fight” with her man.

Nicki and Meek’s latest slam only fuelled the existing breakup rumors swirling around the two, which first began last month after Mill appeared to call Minaj “temporary.”

Urban Islandz captured screen shots of Mill’s blasts, which he posted to Instagram before then deleting his account entirely.

“When it’s going down these n****s nowhere to [be] found,” Mill allegedly wrote before then reactivating his account just days later. “Most of these n****s [be] so temporary. B*****s [be] so temporary,” he then continued, which got many fans believing that he and Nicki could have split.

As for why Minaj and Mill have allegedly had beef over the past few months, sources claimed that Nicki’s friendship with Drake had been getting in the way of their romance as Meek has long been locked in a nasty feud with his fellow rapper.

Insider claimed to Hollywood Life that Drake was actually “infatuated” with Minaj following his October breakup with Rihanna, which potentially caused drama for the two after Mill publicly slammed the rapper on a number of occasions and even reportedly banned his songs from playing in a club during Odell Beckham Jr.’s birthday party.

Hollywood Life also alleged that Meek was getting so hot under the collar about Nicki and Drake’s friendship that he asked Nicki not to attend his 30th birthday party last month, despite Minaj reportedly receiving an invitation.

“They had a fight about it,” a source alleged, claiming that Mill didn’t want Minaj to attend and so Nicki decided to skip the big birthday bash because “she didn’t want to hurt Meek’s feelings” by going against his wishes when it comes to his long-time feud partner.
