Dunn, Hanley Ramirez Homer As Marlins-Nats Forge 2-2 Tie

Miami, FL (AHN) – Adam Dunn cracked a two-run homer in the first inning, giving the Washington Nationals a 2-0 first inning lead over the Florida Marlins.

It didn’t last long, as Hanley Ramirez belted a two-run shot for the Marlins.

Dunn has 37 homers and 98 RBI on the season, as the Nats attempt to play spoilers.

Ramirez has 23 homers and 98 RBI on the campaign.

Josh Johnson is on the hill for the Marlins, while J.D. Martin is pitching for the Nats.

The Marlins came into the game 5 1-2 games behind the Phils in the NL East.
