‘Young & Restless’ Pedophile Corey Sligh Arrested For Child Molestation After His Parents Turned Him In
The Young and the Restless actor, Corey Sligh was arrested today in Georgia for child molestation. The 29-year-old was accused of being sexual with a juvenile girl.
Today, November 14, the Young and the Restless actor spent just five hours in jail after being arrested on child molestation charges. Corey Sligh was released after paying a $22,000 bond according to Radar Online.
The alleged sexual encounters with a minor occurred between April 1 and September 24 of this year. It is unknown how frequent these incidents occurred.
Corey Sligh’s underage victim’s name is being kept from the public to protect her identity. The Cherokee County clerk confirmed that the investigating is still ongoing.
Corey Sligh told TMZ that he was not guilty of child molestation.
“I am innocent and fighting this until the end, and the truth will prevail.”

According to CBS46 Atlanta Corey Sligh’s parents reported the allegations of molestation.
“Police say the alleged victim is a female under the age of 10 at the time of the incident(s).”
The actor allegedly knew the victim.

According to Wonderwall, Corey Sligh was attacked in 2014 by two men in a parking lot. He was struck by their vehicle and then beaten.
According to reports, Corey Sligh and his girlfriend were delivering a Thanksgiving meal to a friend who had to work on the holiday. Corey apparently saw two men driving recklessly and told them to knock it off before someone got hurt.
Sligh later shared a photo on his Instagram from the hospital.
“Hey kids, went to feed some people last night who don’t have blessed thanksgivings and along the way got struck by a drunk driver! Have a surgery to go and another couple days in the hospital but should be fine soon! Thankful to still be on this great planet! Love y’all!”
“The guy walked up to him like, ‘I’m in the mood to kill somebody and this is who it’s going to be because he told me to be careful and slow down and go away.'”
The two suspects who attacked Sligh were identified as Dusan Lilic and Nikola Ilic. They were charged with assault and other counts in relation to the incident.

Both men pleaded not guilty in the attacks.
“If convicted as charged, Lilic faces up to seven years in state prison, while Ilic faces a maximum four-year prison term.” Nikola’s bail was set at $50,000 and Dusan’s was set at $85,000.”
Corey Sligh is from Georgia and his Twitter bio reads as follows.
“Georgia native and love any team from ATL. Lived all over the world acting and modeling and now posted up in LA LA LAnd”
After being beaten, the actor spent months recovering in rehab, learning how to walk again. The Music Times published a story in 2015 about his attack and recovery.
“The actor was finally released from the hospital with much of the left side of his body still bruised. He also has a plate and screws in his right arm and will need extensive physical therapy in order to get himself out of a wheelchair… Still, Sligh is focusing on his goal of getting back to work and thinks he got off easy.”
Corey Sligh is only 28-years-old. As previously mentioned, he is being accused of being sexual with a minor under the age of ten.
Sligh also worked on the show All About Lizzie.
Representatives for the Young and the Restless had no comment on the reported arrest.
