Miley Cyrus And Liam Hemsworth’s Wedding Called Off Again? She May Not Be Wife Material

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth may have called off their wedding yet again.

Following months of rumors claiming the wedding was never going to take place, a source claims Miley Cyrus, who is currently starring on the 11th season of The Voice, may not be confident in herself as a future wife.

On November 14, Headlines & Global News shared a report claiming Miley Cyrus felt she wasn’t “wife material” and revealed the former Hannah Montana actress may be at odds with Hemsworth’s family. In fact, the report suggested the pair may have called off their relationship altogether due to the family’s dislike of Miley Cyrus.

“Liam’s older brother, Chris Hemsworth, is one of the reasons of the alleged breakup,” the outlet explained. “Chris does not want to welcome the women like Miley in his family because of her shocking and wild behavior. He just doesn’t like Miley Cyrus for his brother.”

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth began dating one another on the set of 2010’s The Last Song and announced their engagement a couple of years later. Throughout their engagement, Miley Cyrus and her fiance appeared on a number of red carpets together and were also seen out and about in Los Angeles. Then, in September of 2013, just weeks after Miley Cyrus engaged in a racy duet with Robin Thicke during the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards, the couple confirmed their engagement had been called off.

In the years that followed their broken engagement, Miley Cyrus dated several other celebrities, including Patrick Schwarzenegger, Mike Will Made It, and Jared Leto, while and Liam Hemsworth was linked to January Jones and Nina Dobrev. Miley Cyrus also dated Victoria’s Secret model Stella Maxwell for a short time.

While Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth explored other options for years, they ultimately made their way back to one another in late 2015, and earlier this year, Cyrus confirmed she and Hemsworth had become re-engaged with a public outing with her Neil Lane ring on her ring finger.

Since then, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have been faced with tons of rumors regarding when and if they will the knot. So far, however, they haven’t addressed the rumors or confirmed any details regarding her potentially upcoming wedding ceremony.

While no wedding details have been given, Miley Cyrus did address her engagement ring, and how the item isn’t really her style, during a recent appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

“This is really weird because this is like real jewelry and most of my jewelry is made out of gummy bears and cotton candy and they don’t look that good together because they kind of mix up,” Miley Cyrus explained to host Ellen DeGeneres, according to a report by Us Weekly. “So sometimes I replace it with an actual unicorn or a Looney Tune [character].”

“He’s kind of like, ‘What’s going on?'” Cyrus continued. “[And] I am like, ‘This isn’t really my aesthetic, but I’ll wear it because you love me.”

Earlier this year, a source confirmed to Us Weekly magazine that Miley Cyrus’ wedding plans were currently up in the air after she and Hemsworth scrapped the idea of a beach wedding and a Bora Bora honeymoon.

“[Miley Cyrus] is pretty adamant about having a small, private ceremony,” an insider told the magazine in August. “But Liam wants a really big wedding, so I’m sure they’ll come to a compromise.”
