Taylor Swift & Katy Perry Feud Back On: Taylor Slams Katy Again, ‘Katy Who?’

Taylor Swift is slamming Katy Perry once again.

Amid their infamous feud, new details are coming out about Swift’s bad blood with the “Teenage Dream” singer, and this time Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live! host Andy Cohen is spilling the beans on their drama.

Cohen wrote about Taylor and Katy’s feud in his new book Superficial: Adventures from the Andy Cohen Diaries, in which he dished the details on how he became entwined in Perry and Swift’s drama while attending the 2016 Met Gala in New York, which was co-hosted by Taylor and attended by Katy, back in May.

An excerpt of the book obtained by Entertainment Tonight details how Andy attempted to reconcile the two pop stars amid their nasty feud, only for Swift to slam Perry and make it pretty clear that the twosome will not be friends again anytime soon.

Andy writes in his new book that he ran into Taylor at the prestigious fashion show back in May, and noticed that Katy was across the room with an empty chair next to her amid her and Swift’s feud.

“I innocently said exactly the wrong thing to her,” Cohen wrote of his interaction with Swift, revealing that he told Taylor, “‘Your friend Katy is sitting in the corner and there’s plenty of room around her.'”

Taylor then hit back at Andy, “Katy who?” before Swift then allegedly made it very clear to Cohen “that she’s the exact opposite of her friend.”

Andy revealed that Taylor then instructed him not to mention their Katy interaction on Watch What Happens Live!, which is why Andy dished on Swift and Perry’s seemingly never-ending feud drama in Superficial.

“She didn’t threaten me about putting it in my book, so here we are,” Cohen wrote.

Taylor Swift and Katy Perry have famously been locked in a nasty feud for the past two years, slamming each other on numerous occasions, though this isn’t the first time this year their feud has hit the headlines.

People reported that Swift’s ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris first alluded to Katy and Taylor’s feud once again back in July while slamming Taylor on social media after she confirmed that she wrote his track “This Is What You Came For” after initially using a pseudonym.

“I know you’re off tour and you need someone new to try and bury like Katy ETC but I’m not that guy, sorry. I won’t allow it,” Harris hit back in part, referring to Taylor’s feud drama with Perry.

Taylor and Katy’s feud then hit the headlines once again just weeks ago after Perry was candidly asked about doing a duet with Swift on social media.

After a fan tweeted Katy in September to ask if she’d be open to a collaboration with Taylor despite their feud, Perry replied, “If she says sorry, sure!”

Swift and Perry have long had bad blood after Taylor first confirmed she had serious drama with a fellow female pop star in a 2014 interview with Rolling Stone, before slamming Perry in the scathing diss track “Bad Blood.”

Taylor did not mention Katy by name, but did tell the magazine that a female popstar became her sworn enemy after she attempted to “sabotage” one of her past tours by poaching a number of her dancers, after which many fans pointed out that a number of Swift’s dancers for her “RED Tour” joined Perry’s “Prismatic Tour.”

“For years, I was never sure if we were friends or not,” Taylor continued of their feud at the time. “She would come up to me at awards shows and say something and walk away, and I would think, ‘Are we friends, or did she just give me the harshest insult of my life?'”

Katy then appeared to confirmed that she was the female popstar in question, tweeting after Swift slammed her in Rolling Stone magazine, “watch out for the Regina George in sheep’s clothing…”
