How ‘America’s Next Top Model’ Host Rita Ora Keeps Her Figure

America’s Next Top Model’s newest host, Rita Ora, has been seen showing off her svelte figure as of late. The singer was recently spotted at Heathrow Airport, according to British reports.

Rita Ora tried to make a low-key appearance at the airport, but it was easy to spot her with her signature blonde hair. She made her way through the crowded airport in a sheer black blouse, which she paired with black buckled wide-leg trousers, reports the Sun. Ora then topped off her look with a white overcoat and dark sunglasses. The 25-year-old reportedly arrived home from Rome, where she was seen filming scenes for her new movie called Wonderwell.

She showed off her incredibly tiny waist in a futuristic outfit that consisted of a furry dress and a cinched belt. Ora showed off some cleavage by wearing a low-cut strappy number under the interesting dress. She topped it off with black leather fingerless gloves, spider earrings, and a matching brooch, reports the Daily Mail. Ora was also seen wearing black suede thigh-high boots.

While details about Ora’s new film have been kept under wraps, this is her latest acting appearance after appearing in the film adaptation of the popular novel Fifty Shades of Grey.

The busy pop star has finished filming Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed over the summer. Now, Ora is getting ready to host the new season of America’s Next Top Model, which premieres next month. According to People, a brand new promo for the reality competition was released earlier this month. Models in the black-and-white clip are seen strutting their stuff down the runway to the song of “Fashion Killa (PAPAPAPA)” by Mason featuring Stefflon Don.

There are also shots of Rita Ora and supermodel Ashley Graham, along with stylist Law Roach and Paper magazine creative director Drew Elliott. Longtime host and creator Tyra Banks is still very much involved with the revival behind the scenes, and she will executive produce the show alongside Ken Mok, who executive-produced the previous 22 cycles.

People also shared a black-and-white photo of Ora showing off her taut abs in a crop top and low-slung sweatpants with a white fur coat draped over her arms. Ora obviously has a hectic schedule with her projects. She’s also reportedly working on the follow-up to her 2012 album, Ora. She keeps her figure by seeing a personal trainer three times a week whenever she’s in London, according to Foods4Better Health. She does intense short burst workouts of yoga, hiking, and Pilates.

Ora also never runs for 10 to 15 minutes per day. She would rather be muscular than thin. Ora’s personal trainer, Nora Alihajdaraj, has her do squats, planks, and burpees to get her ideal shape. Ora also maintains her figure by eating raw kale, drinking a lot of water, avoiding alcohol, and getting plenty of rest. The September 2016 cover girl explained to Cosmopolitan U.K. how she stays in such good shape. She watches herself by only eating half of the food on her plate.

“I watch what I eat but I just cut my portions in half,” Ora said. “So if I want a burger I’ll just cut it in half and eat half of it. That or I’ll take the bread off and only eat the burger. Or if I want fries then I won’t have a burger to go with them.”

Don’t be fooled by the “Hot Right Now” singer. Ora admits that she doesn’t diet and stay in shape to be thin like the rest of the Hollywood starlets.

“I’m not the skinniest person in the world but I don’t try to be,” she admits. “I’m more focused on toning rather than trying to be skinny which I feel everyone should try because that comes more naturally.”
