Taylor Swift ‘Groped’ Photo Leaked By ‘TMZ’ As Lawsuit Presses Forward

The Taylor Swift groped photo leaked by TMZ has been making waves on the internet this weekend. The celebrity gossip site posted the picture of Swift being touched “inappropriately” by a man identified as DJ David Mueller. According to the report, Taylor Swift never wanted the photo to be released because she felt it was far too scandalous.

Taylor Swift filed a lawsuit after Mueller allegedly groped her during a photo op. She believes that the photo is enough evidence to prove her case — and it appears that she’s right. While you can’t see Mueller “groping” Taylor Swift, you can clearly see that his hand is on her behind.

“Right as the moment came for us to pose for the photo, he took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my ass cheek and no matter how much I scooted over it was still there… It was completely intentional, I’ve never been so sure of anything in my life,” Swift said in her deposition.

The Taylor Swift groped photo leaked by TMZ has been circulating on social media for days. Despite Swift requesting that the judge overseeing the case keep the photo private (it was reportedly sealed) because she felt that it would “prejudice the potential jury.”

According to the Mirror, David Mueller has been fired from his gig at Colorado’s 98.5 KYGO. He denies sexually assaulting Taylor Swift and has filed a counter lawsuit, claiming defamation. He has said that he “accidentally” touched her butt, according to X17.

The Taylor Swift groped photo leaked by TMZ was taken in June of 2013. As far as how the photo made it to the internet, that much is unclear. It seems as though someone leaked the picture to TMZ and likely got a nice paycheck for doing so.

Taylor Swift is still going forward with this lawsuit though it is unclear what she is seeking in damages — it’s not like she needs any money. It is more likely, however, that she would like David Mueller to be held accountable for his (alleged) actions. She did say that if she is awarded any money in the case, she will use it to help “[protect] women from similar acts of sexual assault and personal disregard.”

“On Friday, a judge ruled that a photograph from the incident would not be made public because if he were to release it, it might taint the jury pool. However, the judge denied Swift’s request to withhold other evidence from the public, including her July deposition.”

The Taylor Swift groped photo leaked by TMZ allows people to formulate their own opinions on this case. Some feel that it’s clear that David Mueller is touching Swift inappropriately, while others feel that it’s not as obvious. Although Mueller’s hand is lower than it should be, it’s hard to tell if it’s actually under her dress or if it’s just resting on top. Most people can agree that the placement of his hand is inappropriate regardless.

Another interesting piece to this puzzle is that Mueller allegedly bragged to co-workers about touching Taylor Swift’s rear end. Several media outlets have reported this, and if any of those co-workers are called in to testify, this could be the nail in the coffin for Mueller.

It is unknown how many witnesses will be called in, but it would seem obvious that the other woman in the photo would be questioned in this case.
