Jennifer Lopez Flaunts Cleavage In Hot Instagram Pic


Jennifer Lopez looks way better than her age shows, and the singer has proven once again that she’s got one of the best bodies around.

Jennifer posted a picture of herself wearing a sheer T-shirt and a pair of jeans. Her hair was styled perfectly and she looked into the mirror as she took her selfie. She captioned the picture: “Friday night feeling.” She definitely looked ready for a Friday night.

It takes a lot of hard work to look the way she does, and the 47-year-old says she loves to work out. Jennifer has always talked about her love for boxing. She says she has always enjoyed it and it keeps her in shape.

“I always liked it,” Lopez said. “It’s very hard, but I did pick it up again for [the show].

She said she started boxing when she was shooting for the movie Money Train.

“It’s always been a good workout,” she said. When she is not boxing, Jennifer likes to train with Tracy Anderson, and that’s no less than four to five times a week.

Her trainer said that with the kind of schedule JLo has, four to five times is a lot.

“With her busy schedule, that’s a lot,” Anderson told People.

However, she says that the amount of time she spends for each workout varies a lot.

“It can be anywhere from 30 minutes – if her kids need her for something because she’s always there for them – to an hour or hour and a half.”

As a singer and an accomplished dancer, Jennifer Lopez loves to use music in workouts.

“I do an upper body warm up with her,” she says. “We do two songs without weights, and then we add 3-lb. weights, and sometimes I add a song with 5-lb. weights as well.”

And of course, it’s no surprise that Jennifer picks up choreography really fast.

“She’s highly-trained in picking up choreography, and she’s incredibly coordinated, so she can pick up things very quickly,” says Anderson.

Anderson says that JLo is very aware of what works for her and what doesn’t.

“She likes to be challenged, but she’s very, very aware of her body, and in one look to me can be like, ‘no that s not for me,’ and then I’ll move onto another move.” No wonder she has been able to maintain a great body at her age.

Her trainer went on to say that Jennifer is very coordinated and balanced.

“She is one of the most internally balanced people that I’ve ever met in my entire life,” says Anderson. “She cares about all of it.”

She took the internet by storm when she posted a picture of her buttocks a week ago. She was wearing nothing but a body suit in the picture.

Jennifer Lopez said she believes in eating well and doesn’t believe in deprivation. It’s true that many take the shortcut to maintaining weight and starve themselves, but not Jennifer Lopez.

“I don’t deprive myself,” Lopez told People. “But I’ve learned the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.”

Jennifer believes in clean eating and her diet is mostly fresh fruits and vegetables and of course, protein. And if you are Jennifer Lopez, the only snack you can have are fruits and veggies.

“I always have healthy snacks like fruit and vegetables with me.”

Jennifer doesn’t smoke, drink alcohol, or consume caffeine. Now those are a lot of sacrifices to make, but it looks like they are really paying off.
