‘Bachelorette’ Couple J.P. And Ashley Rosenbaum Welcome Second Child

When Ashley Hebert began her journey as the Season 7 Bachelorette, who would have thought she would truly find the love of her life, end up married and having babies. Ashley had a rocky start on the franchise when she first appeared during Brad Womack’s season of The Bachelor. Womack broke her heart, but that just paved the way for Ashley to meet J.P.

While it may be a rare thing for love to last forever between Bachelor contestants, it is becoming more common, and this is one couple who stole our hearts and continues to do so. Ashley met J.P. Rosenbaum while filming The Bachelorette. Ashley and J.P. fell in love and got engaged in May of 2011 on the season finale of the show. Hebert and Rosenbaum were married in December, 2012, after an 18 month engagement.

Life only gets sweeter for these two lovebirds. Entertainment Tonight reveled that Ashley and J.P. welcomed their much-anticipated second child on November 4. Ashley and J.P.’s second baby is a beautiful baby girl with a head full of dark hair. The couple has been sharing photos of their newest addition on social media. Ashley and J.P. named their daughter Essex Reese Rosenbaum. The Rosenbaums plan on calling Essex “Essie” for short. Essie was born in Miami, Florida, and weighed 7 lbs., 11 oz. and measured 19-inches long.

J.P. has been gushing over his and Ashley’s new baby.

“She’s a happy and healthy baby girl and we couldn’t be more grateful! Our family of four now feels complete.” J.P. went on to say how adorable Essex is. When his new daughter was born, J.P. tweeted, “Already has me wrapped around her little finger. I’m in trouble! #EssieLove.”

Ashley and J.P. first announced their second pregnancy in May on Instagram. J.P. captioned a photo on social media saying, “I’m 100% excited that we’re #ClearblueConfirmed with baby#2!!!” Ashley also shared the news with her fans on social media. People shared J.P. and Ashley’s news as well. Ashley said, “I can’t hold it in any longer… My heart is bursting with love now that we’re #ClearblueConfirmed! These booties are just the start, can’t wait to stock up on cute tutus and sparkles for my #babygirl! #ClearbluePartner.”

Essie is the second child for J.P. and Ashley. Us Weekly had shared news of their first child together, son Fordham Rhys Rosenbaum. Ashley gave birth to him on September 30, 2014. The news of Ashley’s second pregnancy did not come as a huge surprise. The couple had talked previously about having babies pretty much back-to-back. Ashley and J.P. wanted the children to be close in age so they could be best friends.

Essie just turned a week old and Ashley has been sharing her precious pics on social media for fans. There is no doubt that J.P. and Ashley make adorable babies together. Do you think J.P. and Ashley will have more children?

Ashley kept fans in the loop on her pregnancy as she shared updated photos of her pregnant belly and her fairy tale life with J.P. and Ford. In one photo, Ashley’s son Ford was practicing for his new sister by feeding a baby doll a bottle. Fans can’t wait to watch Essie grow just as they have Ford.

It’s nice that J.P. and Ashley still share their lives with supportive fans who love them. They have beat The Bachelor odds and have found a lasting, pure love. Ashley and J.P. are definitely a couple to admire and look up to. Nick Viall is currently on his Bachelor journey and is hoping to also find a forever love. Fans can catch Nick’s season when it premieres in early January on ABC.
