Mary-Kate And Ashley Olsen Kiss Their Much Older Boyfriends On Double Date
Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen certainly have a type. The famous twin sisters were recently spotted on a double date with their much older boyfriends. Ashley Olsen confirmed her rumored romance with Richard Sachs while on a date with her twin sister, Mary-Kate Olsen, and her husband, Olivier Sarkozy, at a New York Knicks game on Wednesday, Nov. 9.
The foursome attended the New York Knicks vs. Brooklyn Nets game inside Madison Square Garden in New York City. Ashley Olsen, 30, kicked things off when she showed some PDA with her financier boyfriend, Richard Sachs, 58. The two looked quite cozy during the game when the fashion designer smiled brightly and looked lovingly into her new boyfriend’s eyes as he gave her a kiss on the cheek, as reported via Us Weekly.

Both wore matching black head-to-toe ensembles. Ashley was photographed wearing a black long-sleeved shirt with black pants and a black overcoat. Meanwhile, Richard wore a black blazer over a black T-shirt and matching pants. Page Six was first to report that there was something going on between The Row designer and the art collector after they were spotted attending a spin class together on Oct. 28. After the class, the couple left while holding hands.
“It looked romantic,” one of the alleged eyewitnesses told E! News.
They were seen walking around the Hamptons together just a week before. Richard is said to be divorced and lives in New York, Malibu, and St. Barts.
They sat across from Mary-Kate, 30, and Olivier Sarkozy, 47, who also packed on some major PDA of their own. They also cuddled up to each other during the game, and Mary-Kate couldn’t stop smiling from ear-to-ear, according to E! News. The two were kissing and giggling as if they were school children. It’s as if the pair haven’t gotten over their newlywed bliss. Mary-Kate was photographed wearing a cream colored furry coat with a black ensemble, while Olivier wore a black blazer over a navy blue sweater and dark denim jeans.
Later that night, the group headed to Sting’s 57th and 9th iHeartRadio album release party at Irving Plaza.
“Mary-Kate was dancing with her husband, and Ashley’s boyfriend had his arm around her and was nuzzling her,” one onlooker told Us Weekly. “Richard had his arms all over Ashley, kissing and [stroking] her hair. She was laughing and giggling. He’s also close with Mary-Kate’s husband and was chatting with him.”
While Ashley’s romance with Richard is still new, Mary-Kate is about to celebrate her one-year anniversary with Olivier. The French banker and the Elizabeth and James designer got married in a quiet ceremony at a private residence in New York City on Nov. 27, 2015, after three years of dating. Insiders told Page Six that Mary-Kate and Olivier left out “bowls of cigarettes” for guests at their wedding.
“Party decor consisted of ‘bowls and bowls filled with cigarettes, and everyone smoked the whole night,'” according to Page Six‘s source.
The couple got engaged in 2014, around the same time that Ashley dated director Bennett Miller. Olivier, the half-brother of former French President Nicolas Sarkozy, has two children from a previous marriage. This was the first marriage for Mary-Kate. Maybe her sister, Ashley, will want to walk down the aisle with her new beau. It must be serious enough that she’s already going on double dates with her twin sister.
Ashley just ended her relationship with George Condo, 58, and was previously linked to CEO of Oliver Peoples David Schulte, 47. She was also seen with Pressed Juicery co-founder Hayden Slater only a few weeks before her sighting with Richard. The entrepreneur even shared an Instagram photo of himself and Ashley holding hands in a group photo that was taken at a friend’s engagement party.
