‘The Bachelor’ 2017: Get To Know Contestant Vanessa Grimaldi
Vanessa Grimaldi is a contestant on The Bachelor 2017 with Nick Viall. She’s one of 30 women competing for Nick’s heart and is rumored to go far in the show.
According to Reality Steve, Vanessa caught Nick Viall’s eye early on when filming started. The Bachelor 2017 contestant is a 29-year-old special education teacher from Montreal, Canada. She has brunette hair and is Italian. Vanessa Grimaldi has also dabbled in entertainment as an actress. Some videos and photos of her are posted below.
Grimaldi has appeared in the movies, Being Human(played Lola, 2015), Blue Mountain State(played the girl, 2010), and Ascension(played the new stewardess, 2011), according to her IMDB page. In videos seen below, Vanessa co-hosted GameLoft podcasts about five years ago on Can Your School Rock(2010).
In the first few weeks of filming, a photo got out of Nick Viall on a one-on-one date with a woman who wasn’t identified. They were taping The Bachelor on Long Beach at Zero Gravity Experience. Reality Steve now confirms it was Vanessa Grimaldi.

Reality Steve blogged that although the final three are filming in Finland for the overnight dates, he’s confident who the winner will be.
The final four hometown dates wrapped during the first week of November, and now only a few episodes remain in production.
Insiders tell Steve that Vanessa Grimaldi is the one Nick Viall will pick at the end of The Bachelor 2017 season. Vanessa’s hometown date took place in Toronto. Nick was later seen leaving for New York City from the Montreal airport to film the rose ceremony before heading to Finland with the three finalists.

“What I can tell you from everything I’m hearing so far is this: Vanessa is going to win,” Reality Steve wrote.
“… From what I’ve been told, Nick is going to pick Vanessa in the end. Can’t say I’m the least bit surprised either,” he added.
Steve revealed that the final four are Rachel Lindsay, Raven Gates, Vanessa Grimaldi, and Corinne Olympios. He hasn’t spilled which of the four went home after the New York rose ceremony. It’s clear Vanessa is on the final three roster.
Steve mentioned in his blog that there isn’t a lot of information online given about Vanessa. The only social media she uses is Twitter and that’s been deactivated since she became a Bachelor contestant.
Life & Style magazine has a photo of Nick and Vanessa during their one-on-one date in Long Beach. An eyewitness told the magazine that the couple looked like “they were totally in love” and “acted like they were on their honeymoon.”
The source said they were “kissing passionately,” but romance was momentarily compromised when Vanessa got airsick on the plane and threw up. If Nick Viall chooses Vanessa Grimaldi as his final pick on the show, evidently he won’t hold that incident against her!
With The Bachelor 2017 season fast approaching and ABC gearing up to release details on the contestants, more will be learned about Vanessa and the other women. Not much in the way of photos has been leaked during filming. Social media is typically full of photos coming from bystanders who witness all the commotion of film crews getting shots of the one-on-one and group dates. Fans are less in the loop this time around and most spoilers have come directly from Reality Steve. His episode-by-episode spoilers will be unveiled soon after filming wraps.
