Target Black Friday 2016 Ad Posted — 40 Pages Of Deals On Televisions, Video Games, Clothing, And More

Black Friday 2016 is scheduled for November 25 this year, and there has been a lack of leaks from the major stores so far. That has all changed tonight, as the 40-page Target Black Friday 2016 Ad has been posted on BestBlackFriday.com.

Target’s Opening Time

Target started their Black Friday sale at 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving last year, and they will repeat that time for 2016. While certain retailers are opening earlier on Thanksgiving this year, Target is sticking with 6 p.m. Select doorbusters will carry over into Black Friday, but the top ones will only be available in limited quantities.

Early Access Sale (Nov. 9-10 Only)

Black Friday is still two weeks away, but Target is holding an early access sale for today and tomorrow only. These deals appear on pages 2-5, and they are available online and at traditional brick-and-mortar locations. In order to be eligible for this sale when shopping in-store, you must have Target’s Cartwheel app on your phone, which you can find at Target.com. Here are a few notable deals for the early access sale.

  • Jetson V6 Hoverboard with Bluetooth Speakers for $399.99 (save $115)
  • LED Indoor/Outdoor Projector for $15 (save $4.99)
  • Multiple Xbox One S and PS4 Games for $35
  • All LEGO Dimensions and Skylanders Imaginations Starter Packs for $39.99
  • Save up to $50 on Select Toys

Target Black Friday 2016 Ad Important Information and Review

As seen on the first page, Target’s featured deal is the Hisense 50-inch Smart Ultra 4K HD TV. Since there is no model listed, it is impossible to know the retail price on this unit. In all probability, Target will not even announce the model until Thanksgiving. Regardless, this is a solid price for a 50-inch 4K TV. While Hisense is not exactly a premier brand, the price makes it worth it for the average viewer.

For comparison purposes, Kohl’s is offering a Haier 49-inch 4K Ultra HD TV for $249.99, which is a savings of $100. You can see this deal in their 2016 Black Friday ad, via Savings.com. Besides the 1-inch difference, Kohl’s is also including Kohl’s Cash valued at $75 with the purchase. If you are willing to sacrifice one inch, you are probably better off going with the deal at Kohl’s. Either way, you should be happy with both televisions.

Save $50 on ANY Xbox One S Console and Receive a $40 Target Gift Card

Also seen on the first page, you can find Target’s featured gaming deal. For $249.99, you can purchase the 500 GB Xbox One S Battlefield 1 bundle or the Minecraft bundle, which is a savings of $50 from the retail price of $299.99. In addition to the savings, you will also receive a $40 Target gift card.

As discussed with the television deal above, Kohl’s is also offering a better deal on Black Friday. They will have the Xbox One S Minecraft bundle for $249.99, but they will also include Kohl’s Cash valued at $75. This comes out to a net price of $174.99. Target’s deal only comes out to a net price of $209.99 when factoring in the $40 gift card. Either way, both are solid offers, and the Target deal is still going to save you a ton of money.

Other Important Deals

While these deals may not be as exciting as the ones listed above, they are ones that you should keep your eye on.

  • Fitbit Charge HR with PurePulse Heart Rate Monitoring for $89.95 (save $40)
  • Select Movies for $10
  • Hoover Quest 700 Robotic Vacuum for $199.99 (save $150)
  • Powerbeats2 Wireless Headphones for $89.99 (save $110)
  • PS4 Slim Uncharted 4 Bundle for $249.99 (save $50)
  • Canon T6 DSLR Bundle for $449.99 (save $300)
  • Save 50 Percent on Select Video Games

Free Shipping at Target on Thanksgiving and Black Friday

As reported by CNBC, Target will be offering free shipping for the duration of the holiday season. They have had this offer for the past few years, and it is a huge incentive to shop their online Thanksgiving and Black Friday sales. For comparison purposes, Walmart’s free shipping minimum this year is $50. Amazon’s is likely to be $49. Kohl’s is already confirmed to be $75. For small orders, it makes much more sense to shop on Target’s website than most of their competitors. Just like last year, Best Buy is matching Target with their free shipping with no minimum order size offer, so they are also a place to shop at for small online orders.

Ads From Walmart and Best Buy Should be Released by Friday

As The Inquisitr reported, this is traditionally the big week for all of the major Black Friday ad leaks. Today was the projected date for Target’s ad leak, and Best Buy and Walmart should both be released in the next few days. Both ads have historically been posted in the middle of the night, so they could come very early tomorrow morning. Either way, both retailers usually wait until Target releases their ad, so it could happen any minute.
