Macaulay Culkin Is ‘Dangerous’ Role Model For Paris Jackson

Macaulay Culkin doesn’t seem like the perfect role model at all, but nonetheless, Michael Jackson’s daughter is turning to the Home Alone star for support, according to Radar Online.

The 18-year-old Paris Jackson has been spending way too much time with her godfather, Macaulay Culkin, who has had problems with drugs in the past, ever since learning about her biological mom Debbie Rowe’s battle with breast cancer, as claimed by insiders.

But Paris’s friends know that even though Macaulay Culkin is Paris’s godfather, he is a very “dangerous” role model because he has a dark past. Sources say that the 36-year-old actor, who rose to prominence at the age of 10-years-old for his role in Home Alone, nearly died from a heroin overdose.

It was also reported that Macaulay Culkin once developed a $6,000-a-month oxycodone habit. So naturally Paris’s friends are concerned over her bond with the Home Alone star especially considering the fact that Michael Jackson’s daughter attempted to commit suicide by slashing her wrists three years ago.

On top of that, Paris is rumored to be dealing with her alcohol addiction. And although in his recent interviews Macaulay Culkin claimed that he has fully recovered after his struggles with drugs, he is still not the best company to be around, certainly not for Paris Jackson.

But apparently, Paris is terrified of becoming an orphan, which is why she started hanging around with Macaulay Culkin. An insider close to Paris said her friendship with the Home Alone actor could be dangerous.

“The two have such deep mental issues. Mac has had his fair share of trouble with drugs, while she’s still dealing with booze addiction. It’s one step away from disaster!”

Paris was able to bond with Macaulay Culkin, whose drug addiction destroyed his acting career, because he was friends with her dad, Michael Jackson, who died of a drug overdose in 2009.

Macaulay Culkin was also among those who took the stand at Jackson’s infamous 2005 child molestation trial. The Home Alone star defended the King of Pop and even revealed that he had slept with Jackson in one bed numerous times, but claimed that the “Thriller” hitmaker never molested him.

It’s interesting because Macaulay Culkin’s chef and housemaid also testified during the trial, and said they saw “inappropriate” kissing and touching between the Home Alone star and Jackson.

Macaulay Culkin also explained that his friendship with Michael Jackson began after his success in the Home Alone movies.

Just last month, Paris Jackson took to Instagram to share a throwback snap of herself and Macaulay Culkin, according to the Daily Mail. In the photo, Paris is holding up a portrait of herself drawn by Culkin, while the actor laughs and gives two thumbs up.

Macaulay Culkin is godfather not only to Paris Jackson but also to other kids of the King of Pop, sons Prince and Blanket. Although there is no indication as to when exactly that Instagram photo was taken, it’s clear that the Home Alone star hasn’t forgotten about Jackson’s kids.

Also last month, Paris went back to the Neverland Range with her boyfriend, Michael Snoddy. The daughter of Michael Jackson shared via social media that she picked up some of her late father’s old clothing.

In his first big interview in over a decade this summer, Macaulay Culkin revealed that he likes to jump on people’s tour buses to make himself useful, doing load-ins and outs. The actor even gave his opinion about U.S. Presidential candidate Donald Trump, saying that the real estate mogul is “like the Candyman, we have to stop saying his name.”

Macaulay Culkin has yet to comment on the news that Donald Trump has been voted the next President of the United States.
