Jana Duggar Not Maid Of Honor At Wedding Of Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo: Duggar Family News Rotates Around Jessa, Jill And Joy Anna

Jana Duggar, despite the fact that she is not married, was not the maid of honor at Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo’s wedding. Instead, it was Jessa Duggar, who is over 20 weeks pregnant, who took the honored title at a gathering that had over 1,000 guests. It looks like Duggar family news is focusing on the younger sisters like Jessa, Jill, and Joy Anna, leaving Jana out in the cold.

While Jana is only 26 years old, a very young age in today’s American society to get married, in her family, she is already an old maid. Her younger sisters Jill and Jessa got married and now have babies of their own, all before the age of 23.

So the fans thought that the Duggars may give the opportunity of being Jinger’s maid of honor to Jana, who is still on a lookout for a guy. But Jessa, who is closer to Jinger, took the honors.

“The wedding, which took place at the Cathedral of the Ozarks at John Brown University in Siloam Springs, included nearly 1,000 guests,” reports People Magazine. “Vuolo’s father Chuck officiated and his brother Charles served as best man, while Duggar’s sister Jessa (Duggar) Seewald served as the maid of honor.”

Because she does not have a family of her own, Jana does not have her own Instagram account. Jill and Jessa, who do and have over a million followers, made sure to celebrate Jinger and Jeremy’s wedding on their social media accounts.

The maid of honor Jessa Seewald also wrote a sweet message with the same picture for her younger sister.

“Ahhhhhh! So happy for my sister and brother-in-law,” she wrote. “The wedding was beautiful! Check out their website: www.JingerAndJeremy.com.”

With another Duggar wedding completed, Jana may be wondering when it will be her time to settle down. A few months ago, she revealed why she choosing not to court anyone just yet.

“There have been different guys who have come along and asked, but they haven’t been, I don’t know, the right one,” she revealed, according to Radar Online. “It can be tempting, like, ‘Oh, I really want to be married,’ because in those moments, your siblings that are married and have little ones are going on dates and doing their thing. It’s like this weird in-between stage. I’m not a younger one, but I’m not an older, married one with kids.”

“That is so hard to say,” she continued. “I don’t know. I don’t really know what the next five years look like. I guess in some ways, you have hopes and dreams.”

Joy Anna Duggar also has been getting a lot of attention recently. She turned 19 this year, which is the age that Jessa started courting her current husband, Ben Seewald.

Jana wasn’t the only Duggar causing drama at the wedding. Amy (Duggar) King chose to skip her younger sister’s wedding, which made the fans wonder if there has been some kind of a fight.

“I was absolutely invited. I love my family! There is no riff between me and my cousins at all. It was just wrong timing,” she said to Entertainment Online. “We already had something scheduled.”

That “something” was the 2017 SEMA Show, “a specialty car and auto parts trade show attended by nearly 60,000 professionals and buyers,” held in Las Vegas.

“It was Dillon’s dream to be a part of it and his truck was being sponsored!” she said. “This was planned a year in advance, so there was no way I could let my husband go without me.”

It sounds like Amy prioritized her own husband and family over the Duggars.
