Jacqueline Laurita Reveals Why She Couldn’t Have Turned Teresa Giudice In To The IRS

Jacqueline Laurita was ready to defend herself on last night’s reunion episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County. Unlike previously, Laurita decided to show up for the reunion show and confront Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga. Laurita was ready to fight against a slew of accusations, including that she was once a stripper, her husband had cheated on her, and she was the one who turned Teresa in to the IRS when the fraud scandal started.

According to a new tweet, Jacqueline Laurita reveals that she was completely shocked to hear that Teresa was blaming her for her own troubles. It’s no secret that Giudice didn’t want to talk about her financial troubles with her Real Housewives of New Jersey co-stars, so Jacqueline doesn’t know how she would know about their financial troubles long before the IRS started investigating them.

“So you didn’t know about ur husbands fraud but J did and she turned u in REALY?? Just stupid!!!” another person wrote to Jacqueline Laurita, who replied, “Good point! What would I have possibly known?I found out when public did. T was already in trouble. We were friends when investigation started.”

Jacqueline Laurita does bring up a good point. She has constantly said that she learned about Teresa’s legal problems in the press along with everyone else. She also had to watch the sentencing along with everyone else. Since Giudice has been very guarded in regard to her financial troubles, it makes sense that Jacqueline wasn’t involved in reaching out to the IRS — if anyone really did reach out to the IRS.

Even though Giudice’s accusation against Jacqueline Laurita did have a big shock effect, some people weren’t exactly convinced that Laurita had a hand in the legal troubles. For a long time, the family’s financial problems were a part of the Real Housewives of New Jersey storyline, so many viewers could have prompted an investigation. Jacqueline Laurita may just have been an easy person to blame since they weren’t getting along.

“That’s why they brought me back and added my 2 friends I pitched for the show!” Jacqueline Laurita wrote on Twitter as the Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion aired last night.

One person wrote in shock, “Teresa will you say anything to make someone else look bad? Jack called gov n set u up?? WOW!! Cray cray.”

Laurita added, “Insane.”

Even though the accusation shocked the cast and even Andy Cohen, Jacqueline spent some time on Twitter slamming her Real Housewives of New Jersey co-star over her Ford comment. It surfaced when Andy questioned Teresa’s decision to get a Lexus straight out of prison, especially since she owed money. When someone said she should have gotten a Ford, she glared at Andy Cohen, as if she was way too good to drive a Ford. Jacqueline Laurita picked up on this and talked about it on Twitter.

“Unlike my co-star,I would be happy & proud to drive a Ford! One of my husbands favorite trucks was a #Ford #F250 #RHONJ Thank you very much,” Jacqueline Laurita also pointed out on Twitter last night, to which another person chimed in, “I wouldn’t have defrauded all of those people to begin with and what’s wrong with Ford?”
