‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Christian’s Paternity Test Bombshell Revealed — Nick Is Christian’s Real Father, Not Adam?

Young and the Restless spoilers tease that there could be another shocker about Christian’s paternity on the way in the coming weeks. Celeb Dirty Laundry reports that Victor (Eric Braeden) may have had a hand in switching Christian’s paternity results to show that Adam (Justin Hartley) was the daddy and not Nick. Young and the Restless spoilers suggest that he made a bold move to blackmail Adam to do his dirty work and keep him under his control.

Young and the Restless viewers noted that Victor acted strangely when Chelsea told Sharon’s son that Sully was really Christian Newman. Chelsea felt conflicted and was considering telling Nick the truth about his son’s paternity, but Victor convinced her not to say anything. He told her that they should remain quiet about Christian’s real paternity because “that’s what Adam would have wanted.”

Flashback to when Victor told Adam that he saw him change the paternity results. It happened during a time when Victor set Adam up for murder. Young and the Restless spoilers tease that it would be right up Victor’s alley to manipulate Adam into believing that Christian is his son when all along he was Nick’s child.

The Young and the Restless has often shown Victor using psychological warfare and gaslighting techniques to control his family. It seemed insane to believe that he would use such drastic measure against his own child — but this is Victor Newman, a man who will stop at nothing to get what he really wants.

During the time in question on The Young and the Restless, Adam had teamed up with Ian Ward (Ray Wise) in an evil plot to take Victor down in flames. The Paragon was meant to destroy Newman Enterprises from the inside out. When push came to shove, Adam proved his true loyalty was to his Newman family and tossed Ian to the curb.

It isn’t apparent what Adam’s future is on The Young and the Restless. There have been rumors that Justin Hartley would return for a short stint in the next few weeks but hasn’t been confirmed by CBS yet.

Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Chelsea believes Adam is Christian’s father and feels as if she is lying to Nick (Joshua Morrow) about it. Victor told Chelsea that she should stay quiet about the truth because that’s what her dead husband would have wanted her to do. Fans know that isn’t entirely true, but she agreed to go along with Victor’s plan. At some point, probably for May sweeps, Young and the Restless fans expect Christian’s paternity to come into question again.

Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Victor’s leverage against Chelsea may be destroyed when Dylan decides to try to hold on to Sully, even if it means he has to share custody with Nick. Soap Opera Digest reports that Dylan decides to seek joint custody and give him visitation rights. The court orders a DNA test to establish paternity, and the results bring a huge shocker.

Young and the Restless spoilers suggest that the DNA test reveals Nick is Christian’s father, and Dylan has no rights to the child as his uncle. The result would shock Chelsea and could lead to her letting it slip that Adam told her that he was Christian’s papa. It would be a scoop that would send Nick into rage mode. He would know that his father planned to pin Christian’s paternity on Adam so that he could control him. We can expect Nick to confront his father about the paternity scam and banish him out of his life forever (again).
