Bill O’Reilly And Megyn Kelly Have Amazing Ratings Week After Hillary Clinton FBI Revelation

Both Bill O’Reilly and Megyn Kelly had one of their best ratings weeks ever after it was announced that the FBI was renewing their investigation of Hillary Clinton last weekend (more on that later). When averaging ratings at Showbuzz Daily, Bill O’Reilly averaged 3.8 million viewers a night during the week, while Megyn Kelly averaged 3.41 million.

On his show Tuesday evening, O’Reilly talked about Hillary Clinton’s problems with the law.

“The October surprise is here. The FBI saying it is examining new evidence over allegations that Hillary Clinton may have violated national security by using a private email system as secretary of state. Mrs. Clinton thought she had put this to rest,” O’Reilly said, adding that many Democrats, who have been basically calling for Comey’s head on a platter this week, were all in praise of Comey when he announced the FBI would not indict Clinton last summer.

Bill O’Reilly argued that Elijah Cummings and other Democrats don’t want the truth to come out. They don’t want justice to take place. O’Reilly said the same of President Barack Obama and Attorney General Loretta Lynch. He believes that the President has made it quite clear to Lynch that he does not want any prosecution of Hillary Clinton or any investigation into the Clinton Foundation.

Then, Bill O’Reilly said what many others have said about Comey’s renewal of the investigation.

“Comey is not a fool. He knows that if emails on Huma Abedin’s computer [Mrs. Clinton’s top assistant] contains classified national security information, he would eventually take the fall if he did not pursue obvious leads and tell Congress.”

O’Reilly added that Comey had to go public, even though Loretta Lynch did not want him to do so. Even former Attorney General Eric Holder, who was held in contempt of Congress a couple years back, weighed in and said Comey was wrong.

Some believe that because of all this, Comey was forced to clear Clinton just two days before the election. CNN has the news.

“FBI Director James Comey told lawmakers Sunday the agency hasn’t changed its opinion that Hillary Clinton should not face criminal charges after a review of new emails. ‘Based on our review, we have not changed our conclusions that we expressed in July,’ Comey wrote in the new letter to congressional committee chairmen.”

Just two days before the announcement, which could tilt the election in favor of Hillary Clinton, Megyn Kelly noted that both candidates were in a dead heat on The Kelly File.

“Brand new Fox polling is out tonight, and in a two-way race, Hillary Clinton is only leading Donald Trump now by one point,” Kelly said, adding that Trump has the momentum since he was losing by seven points three weeks ago.

Megyn Kelly had a polling expert on the show to discuss the electoral college and different states. He said that Trump has to win three out of the four eastern states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, North Carolina, and Florida in order to win the election. He believes Florida is as much of a tight race as it can possibly be.

Kelly then added that Hillary Clinton has been a little desperate lately, even calling in Jay-Z to perform for her — something she has never done before. She then welcomed well-known Clinton supporter Lanny Davis on her show, who said Clinton should have released all her records a long time ago.

Now that the FBI has cleared Clinton, under suspicious circumstances or not, Trump and his supporters are fuming. Bill O’Reilly and Megyn Kelly’s shows will be very interesting on Monday evening.
