NASA Mars Curiosity Photo Reveals Human ‘Woman In Dress’ With Vertical Breasts Etched In Planet’s Surface?

A UFO researcher has found in a NASA photo what he believes is the figure of a human woman wearing a dress etched into the surface of Mars. He also believes the figure, which appears in worn relief, has been on the Red Planet’s surface for quite some time and is in its present state because of weathering or “possibly a war.” And, perhaps even more intriguing, although apparently human-like and apparently having the requisite number of breasts, the Mars woman’s breasts are not arrayed horizontally. They appear to be vertically arranged.

The Sunday Express reported this week that Scott C. Waring, a prolific UFO research blogger who operates the site UFO Sightings Daily, discovered a unique image in a NASA Mars Curiosity rover photo, an image seemingly etched into the surface of Mars. According to Waring, who admits to having found thousands of unusual things over the years, this fully realized “woman in a dress” is the “find of the century.”

“I found a figure, carved in the ground or roof of a structure. Its very crude, but I believe thats [sic] due to the fact of time, erosion and possibly a war that may have caused Mars to be this way.”

Waring goes on to say that “This is the find of the century, because of many things like it being a figure, a woman in a dress, two arms and two legs, one head. This is one of the few carvings I have found on Mars that depict a human-like species.”

Waring wrote that he had found “hundreds” of carvings of figures in his perusals, but none had resembled a human being. He then speculated that the woman was wearing a dress popularized in the 1700s, being longer in the back than in the front.

But there seems to be an oddness in the Mars woman’s anatomy, according to Waring.

“Something confusing is her chest, it has the breasts one above the other, unlike women on earth who have them side by side. No, I was not looking for this. It just stood out so much it was obvious what it was. It took a whole 3-5 seconds of looking at the photo to see it.”

On his blog, Waring adds coloration to the Mars image. The woman figure stands out in a purple dress and blue shoes. Waring also apparently imagines the Mars woman having blonde hair.

The Express pointed out that NASA has always been quick to dismiss such finds in its photos, putting off the discoveries is simple examples of “confirmation bias.”

For those unfamiliar with the term, confirmation bias is, according to Science Daily, the psychological and cognitive “tendency to search for or interpret information in a way that confirms one’s preconceptions, leading to statistical errors.” Those who engage in the behavior generally actively seek out confirmatory evidence and discredit or undervalue evidence that might “disconfirm” their original hypothesis and/or position.

In a similar vein, NASA has been wont to discredit UFO researchers and conspiracy theorists over the years by pointing out that most of the images found on Mars (and the Moon and other celestial objects) are rocks and/or the products of interesting lighting angles. The agency has often pointed out that discovered images are products of pareidolia, which is, according to Dictionary.com, the psychological ability of the human brain to assign familiar patterns to otherwise unconnected phenomena.

Many researchers are wary of the official line and some accuse NASA and the U.S. government of covering up evidence of aliens and UFOs. Waring, as the Inquisitr has reported, has been openly accusatory of NASA. Just last month, he accused NASA of purposely downing the European Space Agency’s Mars lander to keep the exploration of Mars exclusive to the United States.

But could Scott C. Waring be correct regarding the new image? Is the weathered relief of the Mars woman an actual etching in the Mars surface? Or is it just another Martian wind-scouring bit of surface material, a raised area that sparked an incidence of pareidolia that further reinforced Waring’s confirmation bias that aliens exist and might have one day flourished on Mars?
