Donald Trump Rape Accuser Drops Civil Suit After Allegedly Receiving Death Threats Earlier In The Week

A woman who accused Donald Trump of repeated rape has dropped her $75,000 civil suit against the former reality TV star. According to the accuser’s civil lawsuit, which was scheduled for a preliminary status hearing on December 16 at the U.S. District Court in Manhattan, Donald Trump allegedly raped her multiple times over the summer of 1994, when she was just 13 years old.

The lawsuit was originally filed under the pseudonym “Jane Doe,” and while Donald Trump’s alleged victim’s name has become public knowledge, she will be referred to as Jane Doe in this article.

As The Guardian reports, the Donald Trump rape accuser unceremoniously dropped her civil lawsuit against the billionaire on Friday, just two days after she had scheduled and then canceled a press conference to address the matter. According to Lisa Bloom, daughter of famed woman’s rights attorney Gloria Allred, Jane Doe received death threats after announcing the press conference and decided against appearing in public.

Gloria Allred spoke out about the fears of the Donald Trump rape accuser as the highly-anticipated Jane Doe press conference was cancelled.

“She has been here all day, ready to do it, but unfortunately she is in terrible fear.”

If the Donald Trump rape accuser is to be believed, this week’s death threats aren’t the first that Jane Doe has received since she was allegedly raped by Donald Trump.

“Immediately following this rape, Defendant Trump threatened me that, were I ever to reveal any of the details of Defendant Trump’s sexual and physical abuse of me, my family and I would be physically harmed if not killed.”

The civil rape case against Donald Trump was officially “dropped” in a filing by accuser Jane Doe’s lawyer Thomas Meagher, a one-page voluntary dismissal. The reason for the filing was not cited, and neither Meagher, nor his listed co-counsel, were available for comment Friday afternoon.

The lawsuit filed by Jane Doe alleged that she had, as a teen, been victimized by both Donald Trump and Jeffery Epstein, a convicted pedophile. According to her lawsuit, the then-teen met Donald Trump at one of Jeffery Epstein’s parties. She had reportedly been recruited by an Epstein party planner, Tiffany Doe, to be among the attractive adolescent children who allegedly attended the gatherings.

According to Tiffany Doe, who filed a declaration as part of the $75,000 civil rape lawsuit against Donald Trump, she witness the sex acts that Trump allegedly committed against the young teen on multiple occasions. In at least one instance, Tiffany Doe described an incident where, “Mr. Trump forcibly raped her despite her pleas to stop.”

The credibility of Jane Doe has been repeatedly called into question by media outlets and Trump supporters, and this isn’t the first time her civil rape lawsuit has been stopped in its tracks. Twice before, her civil rape lawsuits against Donald Trump have been dismissed by the courts. This most recent filing was filed in June in New York after a similar suit was dismissed in California.

While Jane Doe hasn’t publicly given a reason for voluntarily dropping her civil lawsuit, she is standing by her claims that she was raped by Donald Trump in 1994, reports Jezebel. According to Jane Doe, her motivation to bring the Donald Trump rape allegations to light was to “stop him from being president,” not financial compensation.

“We would have a rapist in the White House. I would feel horrified every single day if I stay in this country. As much as I try to forget about everything that happened, it always affects everything in my life. I mean it affects my relationships, I don’t think I’ve ever had a successful relationship, one that I feel I can trust that person, there’s always that mistrust.”

Since Jane Doe’s lawsuit was filed in June, Donald Trump’s legal team has denied the allegations against Trump. One lawyer for the Trump Organization, Alan Garten, called the suit a “complete fabrication,” adding that the Donald Trump rape accuser might have political motives.

“This is basically a sham lawsuit brought by someone who desires to impact the presidential election.”

Late Friday evening, attorney Lisa Bloom spoke out on the dropped rape case against Donald Trump, stating that the filing to voluntarily dismiss the rape lawsuit was the solely the decision of Jane Doe. Bloom added that Doe had had a “tough week,” possibly alluding to the death threats that she reportedly received prior to cancelling her Wednesday press conference.

Not surprisingly, there have been mixed reactions to the news that the Donald Trump rape accuser has dropped her civil lawsuit.

For his part, Donald Trump has remained completely silent about the news that the civil child rape case against him has been voluntarily dropped by his accuser. In fact, the usually outspoken Trump hasn’t commented on the rape allegations since the news of the civil suit filing broke.

What do you think? Is Jane Doe credible? Do you think she dropped her suit out of fear for her life or fear of being sued by Trump and his legal team? Do you think we’ll ever know the real story about the Donald Trump rape lawsuit and his accuser?
