Chris Brown And Rihanna Timeline: Are These Two Getting Back Together?

The timeline on which Chris Brown and Rihanna shared an on-and-off relationship stretches between the years of 2007 to 2013. While the Chris Brown and Rihanna dating timeline ended three years ago, people have started to speculate whether or not the two could be a couple again.

According to Headline & Global News, Chris Brown has made it clear that he would like his dating timeline with Rihanna to continue despite the fact that they have not been a couple for years. Chris Brown does not feel that the relationship Rihanna has with Drake is a very serious one. He doesn’t believe that any relationship she could have would last because they are soulmates.

After breaking up with Brown, Rihanna’s dating timeline consisted of Matt Kemp, Leonardo DiCaprio, Travis Scott, and Drake. Just what does the Chris Brown and Rihanna timeline look like and are these two getting back together? Keep reading to find out.

2005

This was the year that 17-year-old Rihanna first met 16-year-old Chris Brown. They met during the 2005 Vibe Awards. You can see a video below of the two at the very beginning of their timeline together.

2006

In the year 2006, there isn’t a whole lot of evidence to suggest the two were spending a lot of time together at this point in time on their timeline. They, however, did hang out during the Nickelodeon’s Kids Choice Awards.

2007

It was at this point in time in the Chris Brown and Rihanna timeline that the rumors really started to fly that these two were in a relationship together. This was also the year that Brown turned 18. He had a massive celebration and Rihanna did attend the party.

2008

At this time, Rihanna and Chris are going out of their way to deny that they are a couple. In fact, they take every opportunity they get to discuss their single lifestyles. Rihanna claims that they are “best friends” and more like “brother and sister” than anything else.

2009

This is arguably the worst year on the timeline for Chris Brown and Rihanna. The two were rumored to have gotten in a fight over sexual text messages Brown was receiving from his manager Tina Davis. Initial reports regarding what happened were fairly vague. It wasn’t long before photographs of a brutally beaten Rihanna started to surface and a full police report of what had happened appeared. The two split up and Rihanna begins playing the field.

2010

This year is described as a “rebound phase” for Rihanna. During this year, she was linked to a number of different male suitors. The two relationships that gained the most traction included Drake and L.A. Dodger Matt Kemp.

2011

Considering some time has passed since 2009, Rihanna agreed to have the restraining order she had against Brown lifted. In June of this year, Chris sent a tweet to Rihanna – which was obviously meant to be a private message – asking if she had received the private picture he had sent to her. After getting a lot of backlash on social media, Chris ended up deleting the tweet as well as his social media profile.

2012

At this point in the timeline, most people are not really sure what is going on between Rihanna and Chris Brown. According to Perez Hilton, the couple had been hooking up for well over a year.

It is certainly no secret that Chris would like the relationship between him and Rihanna to continue. The question is – how does she feel about that?

According to the Inquisitr, Rihanna has slammed the idea. She’s even gone as far as saying dating him in the first place was a “mistake” on her part. It appears as if she would be single than even try to reconcile things with Brown.
