Amazon Announces Toys And Games Holiday Gift Guide And Black Friday Deals
Black Friday deals in toys and games made an early arrival at Amazon, and the online retailer has released their holiday toys gift guide. No sooner had Halloween ended, that the guide and top toy lists appeared on the site.Those familiar with the online, retail giant noticed the site was revamped with many Black Friday and holiday deals in nearly every category. The toys and games section makes it easy for shoppers to select gifts by age, type of toy, price and even the amount of discount applied which ranges from 10 percent to over 70 percent
The countdown to Black Friday deals are separate from the gift guide featuring holiday toys and include daily deals and time-sensitive offers. Some of the prices featured in the countdown to Black Friday toys and games expire within 24 hours, while the holiday gift guide focuses on the most popular toys and games for children this season. Amazon also released a list of the top 100 toys for 2016.
Amazon announced the early Black Friday deals in a press release on Nov. 1.
“This holiday season, customers can enjoy more deals than ever before on everything from HD TVs to stylish kitchen staples to some of the most popular toys of the year.
To help customers find the perfect gift for everyone on their shopping list, Amazon offers curated holiday gift guides for Electronics, Home, Handmade, and other categories.”
The countdown to Black Friday deals are separate from the gift guide featuring holiday toys and include daily deals and time-sensitive offers. Some of the prices featured in the countdown to Black Friday toys and games featured expire within 24 hours, while the holiday gift guide focuses on the most popular toys and games for children this season. There is crossover where some of the deals include those from Amazon’s top 100 toys. Those interested in an early start on holiday shopping and who might need a little help when shopping for children and teens, may find the holiday gift guide and deals helpful. In addition to the Black Friday deals, Amazon Prime members enjoy additional savings and shipping deals. Prime members also receive early access to daily deals and can purchase Black Friday items included in the daily deals before the general public does.
In addition to the top 100 toys list, consumers will find many choices when shopping for specific toys and games. Options include features like parents’ pick and kids’ pick. These lists are curated, so they already include toys and games that are both kid tested and parent approved. The lists remove any doubt regarding a toy’s popularity and helps ensure that kids will be enthusiastic about the presents they receive.
The active play category features scooters, ride-on toys, bikes, tricycles, racers and more. In addition to bikes and toys, active play deals also include sporting toys and equipment geared towards getting children playing in an active manner. Most of these deals are targeted towards younger children. Those who want bikes for older kids might find more deals in the sports and outdoors section. The sports and outdoors section also features a countdown to Black Friday deals.
