Beyonce’s Stress Reliever: Find Out What The Singer Does To Relax

Bruno Mars spilled the beans to Rolling Stone and revealed that Beyonce cheated on her diet. He revealed in a new interview that she was extremely nervous before their 2016 Super Bowl halftime performance.

“She’s not f***ing around. She’s going to get onstage and show everybody why she’s the best every single time. She’s got that monster in her.”

The “24K Magic” singer revealed that while preparing for the big show, he learned that Beyonce loves to eat junk food like the rest of us, as noted by Us Weekly. So, what does Queen Bey do when she’s nervous? She eats Cheetos, of course! Mars, 31, said that she opened up a bag of Cheetos and started snacking away.

“Me and Beyonce were both working on our diets, stressing out. Then the day before, we’re watching playback backstage and she’s eating a bag of Cheetos,” Mars said. “I’m like, ‘That’s what you’re doing?’ She’s like, ‘There’s nothing more we can do these last two days. It’s gonna be what it’s gonna be. So, I’m gonna enjoy this bag of Cheetos.'”

This story proves to you that Beyonce gets nervous just like the rest of us. Mars also opened up on the insecurities he faced while working on his new album. It’s been four years since his 2012 album, Unorthodox Jukebox. In that same interview with Rolling Stone, Mars revealed why he feels nervous about his forthcoming album.

“Coming off the biggest song of my career, it was super-daunting to come in here,” he tells Rolling Stone. “I don’t know if radio is going to play it. But what I don’t want to have happen is I put it out and say, ‘Damn it, if I’d just done this and this, maybe it would have had a shot.'”

It’s not clear whether or not Mars ate a bag of Cheetos while recording his new album. Beyonce may need a family-sized bag tonight because she’s slated to perform at the 50th annual CMA Awards for the first-time ever. There is no official word on what (or with whom) the R&B singer will perform during the show, but it’s likely to be a song from her new visual album Lemonade, as reported via Rolling Stone. Bey has dipped her toe in the country music pool with the track “Daddy Lessons,” off her latest album.

The track is written by Beyonce with help from Wynter Gordon, Kevin Cossom, and Alex Delicata.

It has also been rumored that the Dixie Chicks will return to the stage and perform with the songstress. The trio performed the song during their stops of their DCX MMXVI Tour throughout the year. During their part of the shows, bandmates Natalie Maines, Martie Maguire, and Emily Strayer played an acoustic version of Beyonce’s song. Despite the rumors, the Dixie Chicks have not been officially confirmed to appear at the CMA Awards this evening, but it’s expected to be a big night since it’s the 50th year of the awards ceremony.

No big deal.

Along with Beyonce, this year’s CMA Awards will include performances by Brooks & Dunn, Chris Stapleton, Dierks Bentley, Garth Brook and Trisha Yearwood, George Strait, Jason Aldean, Keith Urban, Luke Bryan, Maren Morris, Miranda Lambert, and Randy Travis among others. The 50th annual CMA Awards, hosted by Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood for the ninth consecutive time, will air tonight at 8:00 p.m. ET on ABC.
