The Busby Family Returns To TLC On ‘OutDaughtered’ [Spoilers]

After introducing viewers last season to the only set of female quintuplets in the nation on OutDaughtered, the Busby family is back. The OutDaughtered babies — Ava Lane, Olivia Marie, Hazel Grace, Riley Paige, and Parker Kate — were born at 28 weeks on April 8, 2015, in Houston, Texas. After the quintuplets spent approximately three months in the hospital, they were able to go home in July, and that’s when the work really began for the Busby family.

US Weekly shared that, on this season of OutDaughtered, the girls are now walking, crawling, and climbing. This means that normal activities such as grocery shopping, taking a walk, or trying to bathe five very active babies can quickly become a challenge. Parents Danielle and Adam, along with older sister, 5-year-old Blayke, are now facing a whole new set of challenges and milestones on OutDaughtered.

Besides all the exciting “firsts” the girls are experiencing, the Busby’s recently moved into a new home, which gives this family some much-needed space. There is even more for them to be excited about on this season of OutDaughtered as Danielle and Adam celebrate their 10-year anniversary, and Blayke heads off to kindergarten.

TV Ruckus noted that on this season, the Busby’s are also planning their first big family vacation. The OutDaughtered parents also put together an impressive and fun Halloween experience for their six daughters as they experience their first set of holidays as a much larger family of eight. The Busby family blog reveals that the family went with a “zoo” theme this year, which will undoubtedly be featured on an episode.

Although life is busy and exciting on this season of OutDaughtered, Danielle and Adam will be faced with some hard choices as well. According to Red Carpet Crash, the two-hour premiere episode reveals that Hazel’s development is behind her sisters, and she is the only one not walking. She also has an eye condition that has become more of an issue, and after visiting an eye specialist, this couple will once again have a big decision to make.

OutDaughtered follows Danielle as she usually handles the girls by herself most of the day while Adam is at work, but there’s nothing like family when extra help is needed. Fortunately, both of Danielle’s sisters now live close by and continue to be a big part of the family’s support system. Her mother, Michelle, is also an important part of that support system, and on this season of OutDaughtered, Danielle discovers that her mother has lost her job and that there will be even more big changes ahead.

Even with all the help, viewers of the first season of OutDaughtered were aware that the first year was tough on all of them, but by pulling together, the family was able to handle every challenge that arose. As for the rambunctious toddlers, Danielle and Adam have learned how to quickly adapt and adjust to each new change or milestone that arises. On the previous season, OutDaughtered revealed that they have also had to learn how to strike a balance in regard to spending time with oldest daughter Blayke, while they try to find the time to nurture their own relationship.

Fans have definitely taken to the tight-knit family of eight, and they now have the opportunity to see what else the adorable Busby girls throw their parents’ way.
