Are Bachelorette stars Jordan Rodgers and JoJo Fletcher splitting soon? The duo may have gotten engaged during their finale last spring, but they have been dogged by rumors throughout their relationship and it looks like the buzz about problems in their relationship is escalating. What’s the latest about JoJo and Jordan’s relationship?

JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers continue to post updates on social media that indicate to fans that they are together and all is well. In fact, when asked recently about the rumors of trouble, they pointed to their social media updates as proof that they are happy together. However, sources tell Life & Style that behind the scenes, this Bachelorette pair is struggling a great deal.

The magazine says that according to their sources, JoJo and Jordan are constantly fighting and that Rodgers isn’t putting in much of an effort in his relationship with Fletcher. Also, a supposed insider says that he seems to want to end the engagement. Some Bachelorette viewers who have followed the pair since the finale might concur that it does seem as if she is more into the relationship and seems to share more via social media about them as a couple than he does, making it look as if she’s either more invested or trying harder.

Another Life & Style report adds that Jordan is said to be consumed with work, having landed a sports broadcasting job just ahead of the Bachelorette finale. Rodgers is supposedly quite rude to Fletcher much of the time, and their friends seemingly don’t think that there will ever be a wedding. The insiders note that the only time that JoJo and Jordan are really together is for appearances and that the situation is pretty sad at this point.

Does that mean that Jordan and JoJo will split soon? Unfortunately, the buzz is that the Bachelorette pair agreed to spend a year making it look as if they’re together, believing that this will give them plenty of opportunities to rake in endorsements and money and transition their show experience into a brand-building opportunity. Essentially, sources claim that Rodgers and Fletcher have agreed to milk their notoriety while they can and that they know they accomplish more as a couple than they can apart.

Sadly, all of this echoes what gossip guru Reality Steve was saying heading into the Bachelorette finale last spring. He detailed that a JoJo and Jordan split seemed likely, but that they might stay together for the sake of appearances and perhaps so Fletcher could save face a bit considering all of the fidelity rumors Rodgers was dodging as their season aired.

JoJo and Jordan will still say that a wedding is on the horizon whenever they are asked about it, keeping things vague and noting that they have yet to figure out whether to hold it in California or Texas. They did spend Halloween together, with her Bachelor bestie Becca Tilley along for the ride, and show fans have varying opinions regarding the true state of this engagement.

Some Bachelorette fans feel sure that JoJo and Jordan are happy and doing well together and just need to be left alone. Others have been skeptical about this engagement since the “After the Final Rose” special, noting Fletcher’s tense body language with Rodgers. Clearly, Jordan and JoJo have plenty of supporters, as their social media posts spark a lot of likes and comments. Could the doubters be wrong about this relationship?

Fans of the franchise have certainly learned that social media posts cannot necessarily be taken at face value, as past Bachelorette relationships-gone-wrong like Andi Dorfman and Josh Murray’s or Emily Maynard and Jef Holm’s prove. For now, however, JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers are still putting up a united front in public and people will have to stay tuned to see if they eventually set a wedding date or end up splitting.
