Joy Anna Duggar Courting News Start After Birthday Instagram, Jinger, Jeremiah And Other Duggars Speak About Family ‘Tomboy’

Now that Jinger Duggar is engaged to Jeremy Vuolo, all eyes are on Joy Anna. One of the last remaining female Duggars old enough to marry, Joy Anna just turned 19, and her picture got featured on Duggar family Instagram. While there are no definitely courting news about her, the fans are sure that the family “tomboy” will be the next!

The 19-year-old Duggar has been getting more and more spotlight as she turned of age. She also opened up her own Instagram to document her life with Jinger, Jeremiah and a few other siblings she is close with.

Duggar family Instagram account has one million followers, which means that Joy Anna is getting some special attention for her birthday! The picture itself has over 60,000 likes, which means that there are plenty of Counting On fans, who appreciate her presence.

And it looks like there are potentially some men in the world that also appreciate her very much. But they will have to get through her protective siblings, Jinger, Jeremiah, and Jedidiah, who are ready to seriously vet any guy that comes for their sister’s hand.

“I think it’s really neat to see throughout the years [how] she’s really changed and grown up a lot,” Jinger said, according to People Magazine.“Years ago, she would have been the tomboy out in the trees and climbing all over the place, never wanting to fix her hair.”

But now that she has come of age and is getting ready for suitors, Joy Anna is looking to change a few of her habits.

“I think being the only girl in the middle of eight brothers, I was definitely a tomboy back in the day, I was always hanging out with my brothers,” she said. “But now I’m kind of getting out of that stage and trying to grow out of that.”

Her brothers, even though they are younger than her, are feeling very protective of their sister.

“For me, he would almost have to be a perfect guy,” Jedidiah said to People Magazine. “And he would go through a lot of testing!”

To that, Josiah added, “I think if guys come around, they’re going to have to get through a few guys – [I’m] talking about me and [my brother] Joseph.”

“If a guy shows up to court Joy, there will definitely be a lot of us standing back a little bit, kind of checking him out,” Joseph said.

Now that she is old enough, she was also included in the picture of grown-up Duggar girls, just a few weeks back, on her family Instagram.

But right now, there are too many things happening in the Duggars for Joy Anna to have a proper spotlight on her. With her older sister Jessa getting pregnant for the second time, Jill back in the US after a year-long missionary work in El Salvador, Jinger getting engaged and Josh kicking up scandal news after coming back from rehab, there isn’t a quiet moment in her family.

The only other single Duggar girl, who is not courting anyone right now, is Jana Duggar. She is seven years older than Joy Anna and has been more of a supportive figure in her family. There has been rumors of a few suitors, but nothing came out of those rumors.

“There have been different guys who have come along and asked, but they haven’t been, I don’t know, the right one,” she revealed, according to Radar Online. “It can be tempting, like, ‘Oh, I really want to be married,’ because in those moments, your siblings that are married and have little ones are going on dates and doing their thing. It’s like this weird in-between stage. I’m not a younger one, but I’m not an older, married one with kids.”

“That is so hard to say,” she continued said. “I don’t know. I don’t really know what the next five years look like. I guess in some ways, you have hopes and dreams.”
