Wikileaks Clinton Emails: Eric Garner’s Daughter Blasts Hillary For ‘Using’ Father’s Death In Campaign

Recent WikiLeaks Clinton emails have gained a degree of controversy over the Democratic presidential nominee. The death of Eric Garner in 2014 is one of the latest subjects to come under fire, partly due to the wording of the messages. His daughter Erica is now questioning why her father was even mentioned by name in a campaign plan.

Hillary Clinton initially came under suspicion when a private server was discovered with 33,000 deleted emails containing government information. However, as Edward Snowden will tell you, nothing on the internet is 100 percent secure. Someone is always watching, as he revealed when he leaked government documents acquired from the National Security Agency. For this reason, he has been declared a threat to national security and has received asylum in Russia.

CBS News quotes Joe Biden as saying Clinton hadn’t realized the gravity of using a private server and didn’t know it would be a major issue. She knows now, and it might be the source of her potential failure to beat Donald Trump for the White House in 2017. Much information has been discovered after WikiLeaks revealed endless details about her campaign.

One such issue is that Clinton’s campaign might have been allegedly funded by Iraqi terrorists. Another is that she has allegedly paid people behind the scenes to eliminate competition in the election. This allegation has led to Donald Trump claiming that Hillary has been cheating and paying the electoral college to give her more votes.

The latest issue from the WikiLeaks reveal of Hillary Clinton’s emails from her private server was the mention of Eric Garner, again according to CBS News.

“Eric Garner [was] not included because [he] was not killed by gun violence.

“Finally, I know we have Erica Garner issues, but we don’t want to mention Eric at all? I can see her coming after us for leaving him out of the piece.”

After reading these lines, Eric Garner’s daughter took to Twitter and posted her thoughts on the leaked emails. She questioned why Clinton would be “using” her father in plans for an editorial.

Erica Garner also questioned what they meant by an “Erica Garner problem.”

When candidates run for president these days, it’s often common that the major issues become a focus. One of the biggest focuses in 2016 has been police violence against the black community, leading to the inception of Black Lives Matter.

For over a year now, there has been a political movement toward restricting what police can and cannot do. The death of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, started a chain reaction, including riots in major cities, as well as protests along major highways.

The idea of these actions was to protest police violence against African-Americans. Every time an officer engaged violently with a black man, armed or not, it became a new subject of social justice. Eric Garner was one of them, but unlike most of those in the media’s focus, he wasn’t shot. He was killed in a chokehold, spawning the internet’s sensational mantra, “I can’t breathe.”

This made the issue around gun violence cloudy since there was no gun directly involved.

In the WikiLeaks release of Clinton’s emails, it seemed they didn’t want to talk about Garner, yet they didn’t want to leave him out because of repercussions surrounding his daughter. Those repercussions appear to be happening anyway, just because of the wording used.

One such problem with the email was that Erica Garner had endorsed Bernie Sanders, Clinton’s rival for the Democratic nomination. There were apparently plans to use her father’s name in an editorial about gun violence, possibly leading to the elimination of legal gun usage.

Hillary Clinton and her campaign managers refused to comment, according to CNN.

It is clear that Erica Garner wants answers after the WikiLeaks reveal.
