According to Lifetime Movie Network’s site, Remote Paradise, also known as Remote Access and Dark Paradise, is about a female business woman who gets in over her head after inheriting some money and encountering a dangerous bad boy in Hawaii. After Tamara’s father dies, she is told by his lawyers of his last will and testament that she will receive $8.3 million in cash. Tamara has worked hard for everything she has in life. Now, it’s time to enjoy and soak up the sun. There’s no better way to do that than to go on an exotic vacation in Hawaii with friends.

Ultimately, this is what she’s always wanted — the chance to be rich and to travel at the drop of a dime. Within an hour of reaching the island, another long-held wish comes true. She meets a handsome stranger named Dario, a hunky surfer who has his eyes set on her.

Immediately, they embark on a whirlwind romance, one that makes her want to stay in Hawaii forever. But her lavish vacation and hot and heavy love affair take an unexpected turn after Tamara’s money is stolen and her friend is viciously attacked.
