‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Sharon’s Day Of Reckoning Comes, Dylan Overhears Patty’s Escape Plan, And Nick’s Darkest Hour Turns Into Happiness [Updated]

The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Sharon’s (Sharon Case) day of reckoning is finally here—-Dylan (Steve Burton) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) will find out that Sully is really Christian Newman. It is Sharon’s worst nightmare. Dylan will discover that Patty (Stacy Haiduk) knew the truth since the beginning and Sharon had done everything she could to block him from learning that Sully wasn’t his biological child.

The Young and the Restless preview showed Patty taunting Dylan with a riddle that didn’t make sense to him. She is giving him a hint that she knows something about a baby’s father. Of course, it doesn’t make sense to him, and when he steps out of the room, Sharon tells her to reconsider telling Dylan the truth. The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Sharon begs her and explains that she and Dylan are Sully’s parents in every way that matters. Even so, crazy Patty is hell-bent on telling the truth behind Sully’s birth. The Young and Restless spoilers indicate that Patty feels that Nick and Dylan should know that Sully is really Christian Newman.

CBS Soaps In Depth reports that Patty’s crazy act worked and Paul (Doug Davidson) arranged for her transfer to an out-out-town facility called, Rivercrest. The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Sharon tries to convince Patty that this is her perfect opportunity to escape but Patty isn’t so sure. Patty doubts that she can trust Sharon, and begins to wonder if her best option is to be honest about Sully’s identity.

The Young and the Restless spoilers suggest that Sharon continues to spiral out of control. Sharon is understandably losing her mind, and Dylan picks up on his wife’s change in mood. He decides to follow her to Rivercrest to see Patty and overhears her tell his aunt that she will help her break out of the facility. Sharon has no idea that Dylan heard her talk about the escape plan and begins to plan for Nick to discover that Sully is really Christian—just in case, Patty’s escape plan goes wrong.

“This past year has been particularly rough on Nick,” Young and the Restless star Joshua Morrow explains. “He lost his son a year ago, and then he lost his wife, Sage (Kelly Sullivan). In the loss of a child, the person you need to rely on is your significant other. But basically, he’s grieving all alone. He’s doing his best to pick up the pieces and move on, but it’s been very hard on him.”

It doesn’t help that Sharon is uncomfortable with the idea of Nick spending time with Sully, Soap Opera Digest reports. At this point, Nick isn’t suspecting anything strange about her behavior. The Young and the Restless spoilers state that Sharon has always been high-strung, so in Nick’s eyes, everything is normal. It hasn’t dawned on Nick yet that Sharon wants to keep Sully away from him because he could be his son. Joshua Morrow explained that the thought hasn’t occurred to his alter ego, yet. The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Nick just wants to spend time with Sully because he makes him feel better. When Sharon blocks Nick from spending time with Sully, Nick turns to Chelsea (Melissa Clare Egan), and she becomes his sounding board.

The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Sharon’s day of reckoning is coming, and the fallout will be massive. Chelsea starts to suspect that Sharon’s behavior is odd and wants to look more into why she is so protective of Sully, especially around Nick. Dylan figures out that Patty and Sharon share a secret and wants to know the details. The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that in the midst of this mayhem, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) reveals the bombshell on GC Buzz that Sully is really Christian Newman. The reveal will devastate the lives of everyone in Genoa City and will leave more questions than answers.
