‘Bachelor In Paradise’ Update: Lace And Grant, Evan And Carly, Josh And Amanda Still Engaged Or Already Over?

It’s been a few months since a record three couples got engaged on Bachelor in Paradise and some of them are already making wedding plans while others have faced a few hiccups along the way.

Which Bachelor in Paradise couples are still engaged and which ones are ready to call it quits?

Grant Kemp and Lace Morris

According to Hollywood Take, things were going well for Lace Morris and Grant Kemp until Chad Johnson almost ruined everything.

Morris and Kemp recently appeared on Ben & Lauren: Happily Ever After and joined The Bachelor couple for a little nature getaway.

Things would have gone great if Ben Higgins hadn’t invited Johnson on the camping trip.

To make matters worse, Higgins didn’t tell Morris and Kemp that Johnson was coming along.

Morris has a complicated history with Johnson that stems from their time together on Bachelor in Paradise.

The two dated for a short time on the show before Johnson was booted for his bad behavior.

Once Morris learned that Johnson was on his way, she promised “not to react” negatively once he showed up.

When Higgins told Kemp about it, he tried to make the case that Johnson needs all the support he can get.

“We know that people can get lost in the show and be somebody they’re not,” Higgins shared. “And we met him, and Lauren afterward was in tears. She looked at me and she goes, ‘I feel like Chad is just lost. He’s sad, he needs support. He needs people around him. He needs people that can relate to him.”

Of course, things quickly unraveled once Johnson finally joined the group.

In fact, according to Us Magazine, Morris broke into tears at just the thought of seeing Johnson.

“If there’s one person I wish didn’t exist, it was him,” Morris said.

Lauren Bushnell and Higgins tried to make the case that Johnson is a good person, but Morris and Kemp weren’t buying it.

At one point, after Johnson refused to apologize for his actions on Bachelor in Paradise, Higgins asked the cameras to stop filming and had a little chat with everyone’s favorite villain.

Johnson eventually came around and offered what sounded like a sincere apology.

“If I really sat down and thought about my actions, which I don’t ever do, I would probably feel pretty bad,” he explained. “Obviously, I’ve done you guys wrong. I’ve done some things that I do feel bad about. I didn’t treat you [Lace] well on Bachelor in Paradise. I did you [Grant] wrong after the shows.”

Morris and Kemp seemed better after Johnson’s apology and their relationship still looks intact.

Evan Bass and Carly Waddell

Meanwhile, Wet Paint is reporting that Evan Bass and Carly Waddell might be expecting a baby.

Following the birth of Chris Siegfried and Desiree Hartsock’s first boy, Bass hinted on social media that Waddell might be pregnant.

Waddell angrily blamed Bass for making her sick on social media, which prompted the erectile dysfunction specialist to insinuate that she actually has morning sickness.

Now, it’s fairly clear that Bass was just joking, especially considering how he and Waddell aren’t even living together and have only been engaged for a few months.

Further, Waddell has three kids from a previous relationship, Nathan, 15, Liam, 11, and Ensley, eight, and might not be ready to have another child so soon.

Even if they aren’t having a baby in the near future, it is clear that Bass and Waddell are still going strong.

The only question remaining is when they will decide to exchange vows and make everything official.

As previously reported by Inquisitr, the couple recently celebrated Waddell’s birthday in style.

Bass planned an extravagant getaway to Arizona for Waddell’s birthday that left her gushing on Twitter.

“Thank u @ebassclinics for making my bday so special,” she wrote. “I can’t wait to spend the rest of our bdays growing old and being just as in love.”

Josh Murray and Amanda Stanton

Lastly, Hollywood Life reveals that Josh Murray and Amanda Stanton are getting ready to buy a home together.

Despite rumors of a potential split, the Bachelor in Paradise couple is preparing to purchase a house in Irvine, California.

Murray relocated from Atlanta to live with Stanton in her apartment in California.

“Going on the show, I was hoping (but not expecting) to find someone, not to complete me, but to add more love and happiness to mine and the girls lives. I found that with Josh!” Stanton admitted. “I feel like the absolute luckiest girl in the world to have met someone like him (even in the craziest of ways). He truly loves Kinsley and Charlie like they’re his own and they adore him right back. He is hands down the most loving, patient and understanding person I have ever met.”

According to Us Magazine, Murray couldn’t agree more with his soon-to-be wife.

“Things are going amazing,” Murray explained this past summer. “I 100 percent believe that Amanda is somebody I could spend the rest of my life with.”

The pair has yet to announce their wedding plans, though Wet Paint revealed they are in the mood for making babies.

The pair openly discussed having children during a recent trip to Mexico and even tried to guess genders.

They fell short of revealing any plans for future kids, but they are clearly as strong as ever.
