Teresa Giudice Believes Jacqueline Laurita Needs Her To Stay Relevant And Wrongly Ticked Off Dolores Catania

Teresa Giudice is hitting back at Jacqueline Laurita for wearing a T-shirt with the words “Namast’ay Away From Me” on it to Dolores Catania’s housewarming party. In her Bravo blog recapping the latest The Real Housewives of New Jersey episode, which featured Dolores’ party, Teresa called Jacqueline’s act of wearing such a T-shirt a passive-aggressive move that shows just how much Jacqueline needs her to stay relevant. Teresa also expressed disbelief over the drama between Dolores and Jacqueline. According to Teresa, for Dolores to get so mad at Jacqueline just shows how outrageous Jacqueline has become.

As viewers saw, Teresa decided at the last minute to not attend Dolores’ housewarming party because she wanted to be at home with her daughters when her imprisoned husband, Joe Giudice, called. When Joe and Melissa Gorga told Dolores at her party, Dolores said that she understood and that she’ll let Teresa know that it’s okay that she didn’t come. While Teresa didn’t attend, everyone else on the cast, including Jacqueline, did.

While Jacqueline, who was expecting to see Teresa at the party, couldn’t really talk because of an illness, she made sure to let what she wore do the talking. She arrived wearing a black T-shirt with the words “Namast’ay Away From Me” printed on it. When Jacqueline’s husband, Chris Laurita, saw it, he laughed.

In her blog, Teresa, whose love for and practice of yoga is well known, wrote that unlike Dolores and Siggy Flicker, Jacqueline clearly had no interest in maintaining peace by showing up to the party wearing such a thing.

“Dolores made sure to let me know that she understood why I couldn’t be there. She is a good friend. So is Siggy. I liked what she said about how women should be there to lift each other up. She is right. Jacqueline was doing the opposite, especially when she showed up at Dolores’s wearing a shirt saying, ‘Namast’ay Away From Me.'”

Teresa said that Jacqueline wearing such a T-shirt is just another example of her playing the victim but then passively-aggressively continuing the drama. According to Teresa, Jacqueline loves to stir the pot. Instead of being mad that Jacqueline wore such a T-shirt, Teresa found it funny. Teresa said that Jacqueline doing such a thing just shows that she, like others, needs her to stay relevant.

“There she goes again, playing the victim, crying and whining about getting ganged up on, then she goes and does something passive aggressive like that. She loves to stir the pot, that girl. I found it all entertaining. It made me laugh and it just showed me that like others, she needs me to stay relevant.”

Who are the “others” that Teresa Giudice believes needs her to stay relevant? It’s likely her cousins Kathy Wakile and Rosie Perri. Ever since they joined the cast several seasons ago, Teresa has made it clear that she believes that they talk about her to have a story line for the show and basically piggyback off her fame. In a recent interview with Bravo’s The Daily Dish, Teresa maintained that Kathy and Rosie talked badly about her to get money and fame for themselves. Teresa even said that Kathy and Rosie owe her a thank you card for being the one to propel them to the spotlight.

“Yeah it’s hard because it’s sad that people, that your family, come on the show and do things and do nasty things for money and fame. No, never [do we talk]…[Rosie and Kathy are all] about the money and it’s all about the fame…They put our family through the mud, it’s disgraceful. And I’m over it and I’m not doing it anymore… You should tell Kathy and Rosie I’m still waiting for my thank you card.”

Jacqueline Laurita is very close to Kathy and Rosie. On season 6, Jacqueline’s few scenes towards the end of the season were with Kathy and Rosie. On the current season 7, Kathy and Rosie are frequently seen with Jacqueline, who is once again a starring cast member. On Sunday’s episode, Jacqueline and Chris were shown hanging out with Kathy and Rosie and their significant others instead of attending Joe Giudice’s going away party. Chris said that he declined Joe’s invitation because of the fight that happened between Jacqueline and Teresa in Vermont. While it wasn’t specified, it’s likely that Kathy and Rosie weren’t even invited, given Teresa’s feelings about them.

In her blog, Teresa also talked about the revelation that Dolores Catania and Jacqueline got into a very heated argument with one another over the phone. The argument got so heated that Dolores told Jacqueline to “f**k” herself. Teresa pointed out that Dolores, who has been friends with both Jacqueline and Teresa for years, is such a calm and reasonable person that for her to get so mad shows that just how wrong Jacqueline behaves.

“I also thought it was interesting when I saw that Jacqueline got Dolores mad. Dolores is so even-keeled and easy to get along with, so for her to get mad like that…But it goes to show you that I’m not the only one Jacqueline is ticking off.”

What exactly happened between Dolores and Jacqueline? Jacqueline didn’t go to Dolores’ women empowerment event at her gym because she was so ill. Later, during a car ride, Dolores told Siggy Flicker that Jacqueline, during a phone call, accused her of “setting her up” after her no-show. Dolores explained to a stunned Siggy that Jacqueline believed that she was making her look bad for not attending the event. Dolores admitted that the phone call got so heated that “words were exchanged” and that she told Jacqueline “f**k you.” Dolores even told Jacqueline to come over so that she could say “f**k you” to her face. Both Dolores and Siggy agreed that Jacqueline was getting paranoid about her friendships after what happened with Teresa and Melissa.

Will viewers hear more about what happened between Dolores Catania and Jacqueline Laurita on the upcoming The Real Housewives of New Jersey episode, which the finale before the season 7 reunion show? While the preview for the finale episode doesn’t make that clear, it does show that Jacqueline will have another very heated confrontation with Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga. After the finale episode comes the reunion show.
