Brad Pitt Abuse Investigation Extended To Family — Angelina Jolie Source Makes Explosive Claim

TMZ reports that the investigation of actor Brad Pitt over child abuse has been expanded. A source close to Angelina Jolie reportedly told TMZ that the investigation will now involve the entire family, including Angelina herself.

The L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services are carrying out the investigation. The department initially focused on an incident in which Brad allegedly struck 15-year-old son Maddox on a private plane, but has now decided to examine a number of other incidents.

The department will investigate interactions between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. It is reported that the incidents were witnessed by one or more of their six kids, Maddox Jolie-Pitt, 15, Pax Jolie-Pitt, 12, Zahara Jolie-Pitt, 11, Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, 10, Knox Jolie-Pitt, eight, and Vivienne Jolie-Pitt, eight.

The source reportedly told TMZ that some of the children are “fearful” when they are around Brad. It is alleged that Maddox, in particular, has problems with his dad and that a meeting Brad had with Maddox last week was cut short because Maddox did not want to be there.

The report claims that the source is a person close to Angelina Jolie.

TMZ adds that the person would not say if the L.A. County Department has yet uncovered anything that would lead them to take action to deny Brad Pitt custody of his kids.

The world was stunned when Angelina Jolie filed for divorce from Brad Pitt this year. It was reported that Angelina was concerned about Pitt’s aggressive tendencies and consumption of weed and possibly alcohol. Reports stated that Pitt was shattered to be separated from his children and to lose his marriage, and a slew of reports surfaced saying that Pitt believed people were trying to paint him in the worst light possible.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt became involved in 2005 during the filming of Mr. and Mrs. Smith, while Pitt was still married to Jennifer Aniston. When the 2016 divorce was announced, a tribe of hooting Aniston fans declared Jennifer vindicated, and social media channels were flooded with smug memes suggesting that Brad and Angelina had finally gotten their comeuppance.

The story took a dark turn when it emerged that the L.A County Department of Children and Family Services were investigating Pitt over those allegations of a violent incident on a private plane. It is alleged that the scuffle between Maddox and Pitt was witnessed by others on the plane and that it was reported on the tarmac once the plane had landed.

Yahoo reports that Brad Pitt has spoken out saying that he struggles with alcohol abuse and anger management.

Now, the World War Z star is reportedly doing all that he can to cooperate with Angelina in order to see his kids.

Pitt is said to be doing everything he can to make sure he can see his kids. Sources say that Pitt regards this is the most difficult time of his life.

“The longer this goes on, the harder it is for Brad. He feels like his kids are slipping out of his grasp, and it’s breaking his heart. He spends all day and half the night calling and texting people, asking for help and advice.”

A source said that Pitt “truly can’t say sorry enough.” The actor is said to be unconcerned with his career or any facet of his life other than his kids, and Pitt is 100 percent focused on the battle to secure his future with them. The trauma of the divorce, investigation, and custody questions has reportedly led Pitt to recalibrate his life and priorities.

“What’s happened has really hit home for Brad. He realises his children are the most important things in his life. He doesn’t care about his career or anything else anymore – being with his kids is all that matters to him now.”
