Comedian Ventriloquist Jeff Dunham Marries Fitness Model Audrey Murdick

Comedian and ventriloquist Jeff Dunham married girlfriend and fitness model Audrey Murdick on Friday in Santa Ynez, California, according to his representative.

Dunham, 50, married Murdick, 32, during a non-denominational Christian ceremony at the Sunstone Vineyards and Winery, reports PEOPLE. The couple stated:

“No matter what the day, we go to sleep laughing, and we wake up laughing. We can’t imagine a love any better than this.”

The happy couple celebrated their marriage in front of 112 guests, including best man Kelly Asbury, a writer and director who worked with Shrek II and Gnomeo and Juliet. Designer Andy Smith, who build the original Batmobiles for Michael Keaton, as well as the Batman Tumbler for Christian Bale, was also present.

The union is Jeff Dunham’s second marriage, and the first for Murdick. Dunham has three daughters from his previous marriage and his eldest, Bree, escorted her father down the aisle on Friday, according to Wonderwall.

Roadie, the couple’s miniature pinscher, served as the couple’s ring bearer, walking down the aisle next to the couple’s comedy writer friend Jeff Rothpan.

During the reception, Dunham and Murdick had a traditional wedding cake, along with a specially-commissioned groom’s cake designed to look like the Batmobile. The cake included models of the couple dressed as Batman and Catwoman, reflecting one of the groom’s biggest passions.

Jeff Dunham and Audrey Murdick have been together since 2009 and plan to honeymoon in Vermont and Napa Valley before embarking on a scenic drive home to Los Angeles along the California Coast.

The ventriloquist is set to hit the road on November 1 for his “Disorderly Conduct” tour, where he will be accompanied by his new wife, who serves as his fitness trainer and nutrition consultant.
