Is Angelina Jolie Really Thinking About Getting Back Together With Brad Pitt?
Angelina Jolie is rethinking this whole divorce thing with Brad Pitt. At least that’s what Hollywood Life would like you to believe.
“After battling it out in a nasty divorce with Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie may be having second thoughts about leaving him. It turns out that the gorgeous actress didn’t realize how much she would miss him.”
The article adds that the kids can’t stop talking about him and asking questions, which is making her miss Brad. Some of the commenters after the article certainly want to see them get back together.
“It would be great if they got back together, I’m sure they still are in love with each other and they look fantastic together, the kids would be so happy,” says commenter Carolyn.
“My prayers for the couple and the kids. I’d be happy seeing them all together as one family,” says Maria Ida Malazarte.
However, as good as this may sound to some, it just simply isn’t true — at least according to Gossip Cop.
“Angelina Jolie is NOT ‘rethinking’ her divorce from Brad Pitt, despite a report. Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk the story, which was seemingly fabricated,” says columnist Shari Weiss, adding that a reliable source close to Angelina Jolie says that Hollywood Life‘s story is absolutely untrue and that Jolie is just moving forward.
This isn’t the first major rumor about Angelina and Brad to hit the press this week. Radar Online says Nicole Kidman was able to predict the split between Jolie and Pitt early on.
“RadarOnline.com has learned that Nicole Kidman saw the demise of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s marriage coming, telling friends it’s karma for what they did to her friend, Jennifer Aniston!”
The article adds that Kidman had famously passed on the 2005 film Mr. & Mrs. Smith with Pitt, which followed Angelina Jolie’s entrance not only into the film, but also into Pitt’s romantic life. An alleged insider says that Nicole has never been comfortable with her role in the history of “Brangelina.” However, Gossip Cop calls foul play on the complete story.
“Nicole Kidman does NOT feel guilty for passing up on Mr. and Mrs. Smith, nor does she think her absence on the movie was to blame for Brad Pitt’s affair and later relationship with Angelina Jolie. Gossip Cop can exclusively bust this claim. We’re told it’s ‘not true.'”
Then, last weekend, Radar Online made a repeated claim that Jolie was on drugs. The drug rumors all started the previous week. Gossip Cop summarized the National Enquirer’s explosive cover story.
“The new cover of the National Enquirer exclaims, ‘Real Reason Behind Divorce! Angelina Back On Drugs! & Back With Gay Ex!’ The front of the issue further blares that Jolie was busted with [her] lesbian lover. It also tries to pass off a years-old photo of the actress looking poorly [as if she’s on drugs] as a new, recent snapshot.”
The article further added that frightened friends allegedly believe the lesbian hookup will send Angie going back to her former life as a drug addict. However, even then, Gossip Cop assured their readers that the story is completely fabricated. Still, there were some who didn’t believe the gossip-breaking site and thought they were in cahoots with Jolie’s PR team.
The winner of the divorce isn’t Angelina Jolie or Brad Pitt; it’s Jennifer Aniston, a woman who was widely criticized after Pitt left her for Jolie. Angelina and Brad met on the set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith when he was still married to Jennifer Aniston. It will be awkward to see Aniston and Jolie in the same room at upcoming Hollywood events.
