Oprah’s Favorite Things To Return On OWN This Year
Oprah’s favorite things were a massive deal for both shoppers and retailers when her network TV show was still airing, and the massive gifting extravaganza was the envy of Oprah viewers everywhere who wanted in on the swag orgy and watched avidly.
The last Oprah’s favorite things aired in 2010, and retailers who were lucky enough to be included in the highly-anticipated episodes of Oprah suffered from what was known as the “Oprah effect” — an almost instant sell-out and deluge of queries from viewers who trust the talk-show host’s taste in clothing, jewelry, kitchenware, gadgets and books.
According to E! Online, Oprah’s favorite things will air again this year on November 18th, bringing OWN viewers a bevy of shopping suggestions and delighting audience members with thousands of dollars of freebies.
