Gwen Stefani And Gavin Rossdale Asking $35 Million For Shared Home, Gwen And Blake Shine At White House

Although the difficult divorce between Gwen Stefani and her former husband, rocker Gavin Rossdale, was finalized months ago, the exes, who were married nearly 13 years, are still dealing with real estate they owned together. Most recently, Gwen and Gavin’s home, where the former couple and their three boys mainly lived, has been listed for $35 million outside of MLS.

The estate, which was once owned by Jennifer Lopez, can be found within a small “guard-gated enclave just north of Beverly Hills,” as the Los Angeles Times reports. The style of the gorgeous estate is very contemporary, and it has been reported that Lopez and singer Marc Anthony were married on the grounds in 2004, before selling the property one year later for roughly $10.95 million.

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale are reported to have purchased the house back in 2006 for $13.25 million, according to records on the estate. The asking price by the couple, being more than double their purchase price has been justified by the apparent upgrades the pair had made to the property. The two, who divorced earlier this year, reportedly gave the home an “over the top vibe,” which is seen throughout the entire 11,845 square feet of the space. The interior is said to be light and quite bright with funky and fun patterns to accent along with very modern and chic decor.

The publication notes more details about Gwen and Gavin’s former home’s interior appeal.

“Among the eye-catching details is a formal entry with abstract black-and-white floors, a formal dining room with an artful accent wall and three centerpiece wall fireplaces set within ribboned stone. In the kitchen, black-and-white striped cabinetry runs floor-to-ceiling and lends visual interest to the space.”

Additional features in the massive home include a gym, two offices, and a theater room. There is a guesthouse, and within the main home, there are seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. On the exterior of the home, there is a covered lounge and patio with a wet bar and an infinity pool and spa. The estate also boasts a tennis court that is lit at night, a playground, and chicken coop.

Although a 90210 zip code is attached to the address, it is actually situated in Studio City. The former couple, as noted, were married for nearly 13 years, yet they endured a tough separation and divorce due to Stefani discovering Rossdale had been engaged in an affair with the former couple’s then-nanny.

Gwen, who appeared as a judge and coach on the hit show The Voice, has since found love again and support from Voice co-judge and country star Blake Shelton. Both Blake and Gwen met at a point that they were each going through the painful process of divorce. While Gwen was enduring the split from Gavin Rossdale, Blake was in the middle of a divorce from singer Miranda Lambert. The adorable couple were secretive about their romance initially, but as time went on and speculation became more frequent, Gwen and Blake finally shared that they were, in fact, a couple.

Since the couple went public they have been constantly the subject of engagement, pregnancy, and wedding plan rumors. The two are entirely smitten with one another and have been perfect companions while going through such a trying time in their lives.

Most recently, as Extra shares, Gwen and Blake made it quite the date night when they showed up to enjoy Obama’s final state dinner at the White House. Gwen beamed and looked gorgeous in her choice attire for the evening, and the couple looked more in love than ever while enjoying the memorable occasion.
