This will be the first time Jose Mourinho faces Chelsea, as he was sacked from the club 10 months ago. The Portuguese enjoy a warm relation with Chelsea fans, and it will be nice to see how the fans welcome their beloved person.

Meanwhile, Manchester United drew the game against fierce rivals Liverpool last weekend, as the big money signings, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Paul Pogba, couldn’t spark life into the Red Devils. While most of the players performed below expectation, naturally, fingers were pointed towards the star duo.

Even Mourinho criticized the pair, saying he expected more from his star players. The outspoken Portuguese football manager went further by warning that no one is indispensable in his team.

In other news, Chelsea won the game against Leicester City 3-0 last weekend, with Diego Costa, Eden Hazard, and Victor Moses finding the back of the net.

Chelsea could be without Brazilian winger Willian for this game, as he was granted leave following the death of his mother.

Antonio Conte’s much hyped 3-4-3 formation is seems working for the Blues, having won back to back game in the Premier League. So it is very likely Chelsea will field a back three of Azpilicueta, Cahill and Luiz against United.

Defender Kurt Zouma, along with John Obi Mikel and van Ginkel, will miss this game, while Phil Jones will be the only absentee for Manchester United.

Starting Lineups

Chelsea Predicted Line-Up (3-4-3): Courtois; Azpilicueta, Luiz, Cahill; Moses, Matic, Kante, Alonso; Pedro, Costa, Hazard.

Manchester United Predicted Line-Up (4-2-3-1): De Gea; Valencia, Bailly, Smalling, Shaw; Fellaini, Herrera; Mata, Pogba, Lingard; Ibrahimovic.
