‘RHONJ:’ Danielle Staub Reunites With Teresa Giudice, Is She Returning To ‘Real Housewives Of New Jersey?’

Danielle Staub served up a whole lot of controversy during her time on Seasons 1 and 2 of Real Housewives of New Jersey, but is she now returning for Season 8 to shake things up once more?

Staub recently shocked fans of the Bravo reality series after reuniting with her former enemy Teresa Giudice for a yoga catch-up, and their reunion has got fans speculating that Danielle is now plotting her return to Real Housewives of New Jersey after six years away.

Teresa took to Instagram on October 19 to share a snap of herself and her former castmate doing yoga together after reportedly being estranged since Staub left Real Housewives of New Jersey in 2010, where Giudice teased to her almost 900,000 followers that she was “looking forward to the future” with Danielle.

“So good catching up with [Danielle Staub],” Teresa captioned the photo of the twosome at a yoga studio together. “Leaving the past in the past and moving forward with only positive vibes. Looking forward to the future.”

Teresa then shared a similar snap of herself and Staub on Twitter, which she captioned, “Loved catching up & bonding this am with [Danielle Staub] at JZT Dance & Yoga.. #RHONJ #OG’S #NAMASTE.”

“It was so nice seeing you, just like old times,” Danielle then replied to Teresa’s tweet. “Great talk we had over Jamba Juice! #rhonj #yoga #friends.”

It’s not thought that Real Housewives of New Jersey cameras filmed Teresa and Danielle’s reunion, though Staub hinted in an interview with Us Weekly that the show’s original castmembers, including Jacqueline Laurita, Dina Manzo, and Caroline Manzo were more than likely topics of conversation during her and Teresa’s reunion.

“[We] had a nice long talk,” Danielle confirmed of her first interaction with Teresa in what’s thought to be more than six years. “I’ll let her tell you what we talked about, but it would be fair to say we discussed our old cast.”

Us Weekly then asked Staub if her and Giudice’s reunion was a hint that she’ll soon be returning to her position as an official cast member on Real Housewives of New Jersey, though Danielle opted to play coy.

“That’s an Andy Cohen question,” Danielle teased of a potential return. “But when he saw the photo, his tweet shows he never expected that.”

Real Housewives of New Jersey producers are yet to speak out about the possibility of Danielle returning to the reality series as an official housewife again, though Cohen did respond to Staub and Giudice’s reunion on Twitter, replying to Teresa’s tweet, “WOWZA!”

Danielle’s reunion with Teresa comes just months after Radar Online alleged that Staub was currently in talks with Bravo and Real Housewives producers to return to the New Jersey version of the reality franchise.

“I’ve been interviewed and approached every season,” Staub admitted of a potential return to Real Housewives of New Jersey in an interview with Radar Online. “We were just talking and even seeing if it was even quite right yet. When I say I’m in talks it’s with the producers and directly with Andy Cohen.”

Adding to the site that she’s now ready to “clear the air” after creating a whole lot of drama during Seasons 1 and 2 of Real Housewives of New Jersey, Danielle continued, “I deserve a chance to show people and sit on a couch with them and sit in front of them and show them exactly what I was talking about.”

But while Real Housewives of New Jersey fans will have to wait and see if Staub and Giudice’s reunion is a sign of Danielle’s triumphant return to the show, fans of the Bravo series were quick to voice their support for her return on social media.

“Yesss! Please tell me this confirms Danielle coming back to #RHONJ!!!” Real Housewives of New Jersey fan @jorgiecakes tweeted out, while Twitter user @housewivesglam wrote, “If Danielle came back next season… I think it would be the biggest comeback of a housewife EVER! #RHONJ.”

“Danielle needs to return to #RHONJ!!” @TheyCallMeDaymz added.
