Elvis Presley’s Beverly Hills Mansion Goes On The Market

Elvis Presley fans now have a chance to live like the Rock ‘n’ Roll king, the singer’s Beverly Hills mansion was just placed on the market. The nearly $13 million luxurious piece of California real estate is situated on a 1.18 acre lot and boasts panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Elvis and his wife Priscilla Presley once lived and loved inside the spacious home, according to Radar Online.

The French Regency estate is reportedly gorgeous, but may not look like it did when the Rock ‘n’ Roll icon once called it home. The Beverly Hills mansion was recently been painted, had new flooring installed, and now features a state of the art kitchen. The outdoor swimming pool and spa also got a cosmetic make-over.

Elvis’ former mansion features a media room, living room, four bedrooms, five baths, a dining room, and a family room, according to Trulia Luxe Living. In addition to the 5,367-square foot main house, the property also includes an attached guest house with another bath, and a four-car parking area.

Trulia Luxe Living had this to say about the Elvis mansion:

“Floor-to-ceiling windows and walls of glass in every room frame the shimmering Los Angeles vistas and welcome light and warmth into the home, allowing for the ultimate California indoor/outdoor lifestyle.”

Elvis’ former Beverly Hills mansion is located near the end of North Hillcrest Road in the Trousdale Estates. The mansion reportedly boasts a private atmosphere and is located behind attractive gates. The former Presley mansion was available for lease for $25,000 per month.
