Angelina Jolie And Brad Pitt Divorce: Did Nicole Kidman Really See It Coming?
Nicole Kidman was able to predict the split between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt early on. At least that’s what Radar Online would like you to believe.
“RadarOnline.com has learned that Nicole Kidman saw the demise of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s marriage coming, telling friends it’s karma for what they did to her friend, Jennifer Aniston!”
The article adds that Kidman had famously passed on the 2005 film Mr. & Mrs. Smith with Pitt, which followed Angelina Jolie’s entrance not only into the film but into Pitt’s romantic life. An alleged insider says that Nicole has never been comfortable with her role in the history of Brangelina. However, Gossip Cop calls foul play on the complete story.
“Nicole Kidman does NOT feel guilty for passing up on Mr. and Mrs. Smith, nor does she think her absence on the movie was to blame for Brad Pitt’s affair and later relationship with Angelina Jolie. Gossip Cop can exclusively bust this claim. We’re told it’s ‘not true.'”
This isn’t the only false story regarding Angelina Jolie that has made rounds recently. This weekend, Radar Online made a repeated claim that Jolie was on drugs. The drug rumors all started early last week. Gossip Cop summarized the National Enquirer’s explosive cover story.
“The new cover of the National Enquirer exclaims, ‘Real Reason Behind Divorce! Angelina Back On Drugs! & Back With Gay Ex!’ The front of the issue further blares that Jolie was busted with [her] lesbian lover. It also tries to pass off a years-old photo of the actress looking poorly [as if she’s on drugs] as a new, recent snapshot.”
The article further added that frightened friends allegedly believe the lesbian hookup will send Angie going back to her former life as a drug addict. However, even then, Gossip Cop assured their readers that the story is completely fabricated.
“Angelina Jolie is NOT ‘back on drugs,’ nor is she ‘back with [her] gay ex,’ despite a new tabloid cover story. Gossip Cop can bust the outrageous claims,” says an angry Shari Weiss, adding that Jolie is absolutely not using drugs and never would have been given temporary custody of the kids if she was.
Meanwhile, according to the Huffington Post, Angelina let Brad see the kids for the first time since their split.
“After nearly three weeks of separation, Brad Pitt has finally reunited with some of his children, multiple news outlets reported Thursday. This is reportedly the first time the 52-year-old actor has seen any of them since wife Angelina Jolie filed for divorce in September.”
The article adds that Pitt was able to see his children on Saturday, October 8 under the supervision of a therapist. This meeting was recommended by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS).
Meanwhile, according to the Daily Mail, Angelina Jolie’s lawyers went after Perez Hilton for talking about the divorce, even though he has been one of Jolie’s biggest advocates since his blog started in 2005. Hilton was very upset about the situation but ended up laughing it off. It’s doubtful that Jolie’s lawyers will be able to bully Perez Hilton and others, given the free speech laws in the United States.
