Is Ben Affleck secretly crushing on Anna Kendrick?

According to a new report, the actor has been throwing all kinds of signs towards the 31-year-old, who happens to be his co-star in his latest film, The Accountant.

Celeb Dirty Laundry alleges that Affleck became rather flirtatious during his encounter with Kendrick at an event — to the point where he began doing things that even left Anna feeling extremely embarrassed.

Ben Affleck, who the outlet alleges was heavily sweating during the photo call, tried to make a funny gesture when he supposedly got on one knee in front of Kendrick, insinuating that he was staging his next proposal amid reports that his divorce from Jennifer Garner is still moving ahead.

“Looking flustered and even sweaty, Ben Affleck for some reason got down on one knee while appearing to flirt with his 31-year-old co-star,” the tabloid gossip site dishes, mentioning that Anna felt awkward by the Batman v. Superman actor’s gesture.

A source via CDL adds that Affleck has been very flirty with Anna for quite some time, particularly during the filming stages of their movie, which is now beginning to give Jennifer Garner the idea that her soon-to-be ex-husband is ready to move on from their chaotic marriage.

It should be noted, however, that Kendrick is very much keeping her distance from Affleck — at least that’s how Celeb Dirty Laundry has comprehended it. The actress has no interest in dating the father of three, and that’s despite all the moves he’s allegedly made on her. It’s gotten to the point where it’s just plain embarrassing.

So how is Jennifer coping with the news of Ben Affleck’s flirty behavior towards Anna?

“The last thing she needs to see is Ben openly flirting with another woman on the red carpet,” the site continues to explain. “Sure, Jennifer and Ben might be separated, but they are still married and raising their three kids together at home.”

“Was Ben trying to make moves on Anna in front of the press? Is he no longer hiding the fact that he’s to move on from his controlling ex-wife Jennifer Garner? Does Ben himself even know what he’s doing?”

It’s been well over a year since Jennifer Garner filed for divorce from Affleck, with sources claiming at the time that the actress became overwhelmed with the news that her husband allegedly cheated on her with the family’s former nanny, Christine Ouzounian.

While several insiders were under the impression that Jennifer was trying to work on her marriage and give the relationship another shot, it seems clear at this point that the duo has no intentions to reconcile.

Their three children will continue to remain their highest priority, but as far as their marriage is concerned, it is apparent that the relationship is definitely over, especially with Ben Affleck’s supposed flirtatious behavior towards other women.

It seems as if he’s already moved on, and that would be despite the fact that he’s still living under the same roof as Garner.

Ben Affleck has yet to address reports regarding his relationship with his co-star Anna Kendrick. Considering the amount of headlines Ben has caused over the past year, it’s unlikely that he will even address any matters concerning his personal life at this given time.
