Blake Shelton’s Ex Miranda Lambert Slams Pregnancy Rumors With New Announcement

Miranda Lambert sparked pregnancy rumors when she was forced to cancel her “Keeper of the Flame Tour” this year because of vocal problems. However, her friends don’t believe that was the reason why she had to end her tour early. A source told Life & Style that her pals think it was because she might be pregnant.

“Miranda’s had a glow about her, and friends believe she’ll be announcing she’s going to have a baby very soon,” an insider revealed. Apart from the pregnancy rumors, Blake Shelton’s ex-wife is also reportedly going to announce that she’s getting married to Anderson East by the end of the year.

According to the tabloid, the 32-year-old singer and her boyfriend both agree to have their wedding first before their baby comes. That’s why she isn’t bothered walking down the aisle with a baby bump. But Gossip Cop debunked the rumors because the website claimed that this isn’t the first time that the tabloid published false stories.

Miranda Lambert also slammed the pregnancy rumors with her new announcement. The award-winning country musician will be going back on tour in January 2017. According to E! News, Old Dominion and Aubrie Sellers will join her in her “Highway Vagabond Tour” next year which kicks off on Jan. 24, 2017 and ends on March 19, 2017. The complete schedule can be found on her official website. If she’s pregnant or already gave birth by that time, then it will be difficult for her to perform almost every day.

Apart from the announcement of her new tour dates, Lambert also revealed the release date of her much-anticipated album The Weight of These Wings. Her first album since her divorce from Blake Shelton will be launched on November 18. She also shared a teaser of her album launch on Instagram.

Miranda released her carrier song “Vice” a few months ago, and it had drawn controversy because it was written in July 2015 when she and Blake got divorced. According to Billboard, the songstress and her co-writers Josh Osbourne and Shane McAnally had a few drinks before they started writing her emotional story.

“Everybody else knew what was going on in my life anyway, so I wasn’t really hiding anything,” Lambert reflected. “We just started writing it, and I think when one person in a co-write is just willing to be honest and lay it out there, it sort of opens the door for everybody, and Shane and Josh sort of made it their story as well.”

The Texan singer first performed her post-divorce single back in July in Cleveland. Just around two weeks since “Vice” was released, it has been considered a big hit and the audience can be heard singing along to her song. Watch the video shared by one of her fans below.

Ever since Miranda Lambert got divorced from Blake Shelton, she remained out of the scene and instead focused on her new album. Finally, all her hard work has paid off and she reportedly feels good coming out of the gate but is anxious as well.

“I’ve been hunkered down for a year writing, recording, trying to live a normal life and getting ready for a new album. No one’s heard from me. I’ve been pretty silent all this time,” she told Billboard. “And now that I’m coming with a song, it does make me nervous, and I hope that people are respectful of it and understand what I’ve been doing.”

Fans of Miranda Lambert can finally get a copy of her new album The Weight of These Wings on November 18. This will give them a glimpse of her divorce from Blake Shelton and her new romance with Anderson East. The country superstar claimed that she is pretty straightforward in her music which means that truth would probably be revealed through her songs.

“With my songwriting, it’s taking a journey with what’s been going on in my everyday life — good, bad, ugly and everything in between,” she said. “I feel like the right thing to do was just come out with something really honest.”
