Paulie Calafiore And Zakiyah Everette Take Their ‘Big Brother 18’ Showmance On The Road

Paulie Calafiore and Zakiyah Everette had a tumultuous relationship in the Big Brother 18 house, but outside of the BB bubble, they seem to be getting along just fine. In fact, since the CBS summertime reality show wrapped three weeks ago, Paulie and Zakiyah have been practically inseparable. And now, it seems the BB18 duo will take their showmance out on the road yet again. But, is it about love — or money? Turns out, it could be a little bit of both.

Paulie Calafiore posted to Twitter to reveal that he is headed to North Carolina to join Zakiyah for her hometown meet and greet. Calafiore urged his followers to “come and welcome home Queen Z,” and revealed that he is already on a plane to join her less than a week after they headlined a high-profile gig together in his New Jersey hometown.

Paulie and Zakiyah are definitely showing off their showmance as they offer meet-and-greets and photo ops with fans, but it doesn’t come for free. Most of the events require paid a mission, so fans who want a selfie or an autograph will need to order tickets or pay at the door.

Last weekend, Paulie and Zakiyah hosted an event at iPlay America in New Jersey. Photos show Calafiore and his lady decked out for the event in a room full of candy.

But in a later post, Paulie hinted that he is still receiving some backlash from his controversial Big Brother season. Calafiore posted that he wasn’t worried about haters ruining his appearance at the club.

“I don’t see how you can hate from outside of the club,” Paulie captioned a pic. ” You can’t even get in. #Not Worried.”

In addition to their meet and greets, Paulie and Zakiyah have an interview set for Oct. 21 with Reality Recaps, where they will surely dish on their rocky Big Brother romance and maybe give the scoop on where they’ll pop up next.

Paulie and Zakiyah were one of three season-long showmances on Big Brother 18, but he pulled away from her shortly before she was evicted from the house, and their reunion in their jury house did not go well. After their initial Big Brother “breakup,” it seemed as though Paulie and Z were done for good. But when he was eliminated from the show, Paulie Calafiore told host Julie Chen that he “definitely wasn’t playing” Zakiyah. Still, he paused when asked if he thought they would continue to date outside of the house.

“There’s a couple things I was shown in the house, that made me a little nervous,” Calafiore admitted to Chen. Julie ruled that a big fat “no,” and Calafiore laughed it off.

In an email interview with the Charlotte Observer, Paulie explained that his personality is “very friendly and flirty.” At the time, Calafiore also wrote: “Only time will tell what Zakiyah and I can have outside of the house.”

But it didn’t take long for Calafiore to realize that Queen Z is a good person to hang out with post-Big Brother. Now, these two continue to take their showmance on the road and diehard fans love seeing them together.

In addition to Paulie and Zakiyah, BB18 couple Natalie Negrotti and James Huling recently hooked up in Boston for a charity event. And Big Brother 18 winner Nicole Franzel and her showmance, Corey Brooks, recently reunited in Dallas where they will spend the weekend together. Corey has been peddling “Nicorey” T-shirts on his website, though, so can we get some “Zaulie” merchandise now?
