Fredrik Eklund Sells Bethenny Frankel’s Apartment In One Day: How She Celebrated The Sell

Fredrik Eklund is one of the best real estate agents in New York, and he often shares his successes on social media and on Million Dollar Listing: New York. And it sounds like his record-setting behavior was put to the test this week, as he got to list Bethenny Frankel’s Tribeca apartment. This is the apartment that Bethenny herself designed after she sold portions of her Skinnygirl empire to Jim Beam for a reported $100 million. But when she filed for divorce, her ex-husband didn’t want to vacate the apartment, so he lived there for several years as they went through their divorce.

According to a new Instagram post, Fredrik Eklund is now revealing that he helped Bethenny Frankel get rid of her apartment this week. And it was a quick sell; he listed the apartment just a few days ago and sold it within hours. In fact, it only took one day for him to sell the popular apartment that has haunted Frankel for years. He shared the news this morning, revealing that he got the full asking offer for the apartment.

“The Wall Street Journal just broke the news that I sold Bethenny Frankel’s Tribeca loft at 195 Hudson at FULL ASK of $6.95M in just ONE DAY. Article in my bio. Congrats, love. #RecordYear #RainingMeatballs,” Fredrik Eklund revealed on his Instagram account, sharing a picture of New York City.

Fredrik Eklund and Bethenny are friends, so he may know everything that she has gone through with her divorce. On The Real Housewives of New York last season, Frankel broke down to Fredrik Eklund in his car as they were looking for an office space for her team. Beforehand, they had been working out of her apartment in Tribeca, but she felt odd about them going into the apartment and hanging out with her ex-husband, who was clearly doing everything to make life miserable for her.

One can imagine that Frankel wanted to celebrate the big sell, as Fredrik Eklund came to her with a full asking payment of $6.95 million. Her ex-husband, Jason Hoppy, was forced to evacuate the apartment, and he found another place to live. One can imagine that she’s thrilled that Fredrik sold the apartment so fast so she can move on from her horrible divorce. And it sounds like she found the perfect way to celebrate.

“There r some new furry babies joining the family! U get one guess as to who is excited abt these two new little furry beasts. Hint: it’s not me…. Thx a lot Beth Stern!” Bethenny revealed on Instagram, sharing a video of her daughter playing with two puppies.

In the video, she revealed that she would be naming them Biggie and Smalls, and it sounds like her daughter, Bryn, loved playing with them. And since Fredrik Eklund is also a dog person, one can imagine that he loves the way she’s celebrating this big sell. When he isn’t helping his friends, Fredrik Eklund is busy selling apartments and real estate in New York City. One can imagine Eklund will soon start filming the new season of Million Dollar Listing: New York. He has been on the show since the very beginning and the two has been nominated for two Emmy Awards.
