Rap God Rapper Eminem To Release New Album Titled ‘Root’ Before 2017?

Marshall Bruce Mathers III, popularly known as Eminem, is one of the most celebrated rap artists. It has been three years since Eminem released his last studio album, which topped the Billboard and sold thousands of copies within the first few days of its launch. While the “Rap God” rapper has been lying low, reports have now surfaced that his next album is looming.

Eminem’s upcoming album, which is reportedly titled Root, is already in process. The album is believed to contain 12 tracks, and it will supposedly come out before 2017. Fans should, however, take this information with a grain of salt since Eminem is yet to give an official confirmation.

Many sources suggest that Eminem is creating something that could possibly be an album, although he is allegedly facing some problems that have caused the delay. He has deliberately avoided questions about the exact release date of his new album, but this has not stopped avid fans from following him obstinately.

In fact, the “Rap God” rapper is said to be among the most followed celebrities on Facebook, with approximately 91.4 million followers. Eminem might have lost his top position as one of the richest musician, but fans still love him and his music.

The latest information that stands out is that the rapper is working in collaboration with other artists. Among the artists believed to work with Eminem for his upcoming album include Jay Z, Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar, and Dr. Dre.

There are also reports that singer/songwriter Skylar is working with the rapper. This is not surprising considering that Grey has previously collaborated with Eminem.

Speaking with The Oakland Press, Grey said, “Ever since we started working together we just really enjoyed it, so we just kept doing it. He’s my favorite person to work with to date. I can’t put my finger on why; I just really enjoy the process of writing and working with him.”

With regard to the delay, previous reports suggested that “The Real Slim Shady” rapper had no inspiration. It was even believed that Eminem was set to move to England to seek inspiration and complete the album.

On the other hand, the “Rap God” rapper was busy with other projects. With his commitment to write original soundtracks for different movies, Eminem reportedly has not found enough time to wrap up his own album.

Besides the information about the rapper’s ninth album, there have been reports that he will be visiting Canada in 2017. According to a report by 99Scenes, Eminem will perform at the Beach Club in Montreal Quebec, one of the biggest outdoor clubs.

Meanwhile, the 26-year-old Britain’s Got Talent alum Nathan Wyburn recently created an Eminem spaghetti food art inspired by the 8 Mile song “Lose Yourself.” The artist is reputable for making celebrity portraits.

The United Kingdom-based artist has used baked beans to paint Rowan Atkinson and chocolate to create a picture of Gene Wilder. During the special screening of Young Frankenstein on October 5 at the 20th Century Fox Lot in Hollywood, California, Wilder was emotional. Wyburn has also created portraits of King of Rock Elvis, the late 1950s sex symbol Marilyn Monroe, the late King of Pop Michael Jackson, and presenter Michael McIntyre.

“Lose Yourself” was released on October 28, 2002, and it became the first rap song to win the Academy Award for Best Original Song. The song was from the soundtrack of 8 Mile, which was directed by the late Curtis Hanson.

Eminem as the lead actor in “Love Yourself” won the Best Rap Solo Performance award in 2004, while at the same time the track won the Best Rap Song award at the Grammy Awards.
