Texas Teen Allegedly Grabs Cop’s Testicles During Confrontation

A Texas teenager allegedly grabbed a police officer by the testicles during a confrontation early Sunday morning, according to CBS News. Before getting arrested for public intoxication, the 19-year-old was kicked out of an area club for underage drinking. When he returned to the establishment later that evening, his crotch-oriented assault on a Dallas police officer reportedly took place.

When employees at the Havana Lounge tossed the testicle-grabbing teen out of the club, he claimed he had forgotten his credit card somewhere inside the establishment. Although he left the scene of the crime for a brief period of time, he eventually returned to collect the missing credit card. When he was refused entry, the suspect reportedly attempted to force his way back inside.

According to the New York Daily News, police gave the suspect plenty of opportunities to leave the scene before they busted him for public intoxication. However, when the arresting officer attempted to take the teen into custody, the two ended up in a scuffle. When the two brawlers hit the ground, things got particularly uncomfortable.

As the cop and criminal battled it out, the teen allegedly grabbed the officer by the testicles and began to squeeze and twist. Despite hitting the suspect several times during the confrontation, the guy refused to give up the goods. Once authorities managed to get the teen to let go of the officer’s tender parts, officers were able to take him into custody.

However, Cory Weddington’s violent adventure didn’t end with the grabbing of testicles. Police reportedly had to retrain the suspect yet again when he began fighting with officers at the Lew Sterrett Justice Center. After posting a $6,000 bond on Sunday, the teen was free to wander the streets of Dallas once again. Weddington is currently facing charges of assault and resisting arrest.
