‘Love & Hip Hop’ Star Stevie J Sues Pregnant Joseline Hernandez, Denies Molesting Daughter With Mimi Faust

Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star Stevie J is suing ex-partner Joseline Hernandez for defamation. The self-proclaimed Puerto Rican Princess accused him of molesting his 6-year-old daughter and being a devil worshipper. The music producer, however, fired back and claimed that Joseline was just making up these rumors to destroy his reputation.

According to TMZ, Stevie J accused Joseline Hernandez of running a “smear campaign” against him, even enlisting a former nanny to post similar allegations on social media. Based on the defamation suit obtained by the site, Stevie J held that Joseline even asked assistance from Georgia’s Division of Family and Children Services, accusing him of sexual abuse. Joseline insisted that he molested Eva, his 6-year-old daughter with Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta co-star Mimi Faust.

In his defamation suit, Stevie J also stated that Joseline has accused him of being gay and a devil-worshipper, which damaged his reputation and “exposed him to public hatred and ridicule.” The music producer is suing for damages and wanted a judge to stop Joseline for making similar statements, which could further damage his image.

In July, the Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star filed a temporary restraining order against Joseline. The TRO came a month after Joseline posted a message on Twitter, claiming that Stevie J has been molesting Eva for years. The judge granted Stevie J’s TRO and had Joseline stay at least 200 yards away from the reality star. Based on the files obtained by TMZ, Stevie J called his ex-partner, “volatile,” and “jealous,” adding that she was spreading rumors to get back at him after the nasty split.

Stevie J’s LHHA co-star Mimi Faust also came to his defense praising an Instagram post by The Shade Room, which reported, according to an unnamed source, that the allegations against Stevie were purely made up.

“At least some journalists are responsible enough to research the real story,” she commented.

The Shade Room reported that Lena James, Eva’s long-time nanny, was actually Mimi’s niece. Eva previously claimed that Stevie J touched his youngest daughter in inappropriate places and while Mimi knew about it, she did nothing to stop him. An insider close to Stevie and Mimi, however, revealed that Lena made up these rumors in order to get back at the Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta stars after she was fired.

“She got fired for [allegedly] stealing her credit card and making purchases on it to a gym to lose weight, Mimi was nice enough to not call the police. She [allegedly] also burned furniture down in her house as Mimi was out doing an event for the weekend and could’ve burned her house down,” the insider said.

The source then told TSR that the nanny was caught doing drugs while driving with Stevie and Mimi’s daughter in the car. While Mimi could have forgiven all of Lena’s mistakes in the past, this was something that made her say enough and had her niece fired. The insider added that Mimi was even nice enough to not send her niece to the police after what happened.

“Her last straw was when she got pulled over in a car that Mimi bought her so she could take Eva to school in, and run errands as she was being paid for that! She [allegedly] got pulled over while having drugs on her and was pissed because Mimi asked her to leave as she did not know that she was doing drugs in her house and her job was to take care of an infant. She could’ve easily gone to jail for everything she did but as a family member, she just sent her home,” the source said.
