The Nokia Lumia 810 with Windows Phone 8 technology will arrive at T-Mobile in the “coming weeks” according to an announcement made by Nokia and T-Mobile on Monday afternoon. The new smartphone will feature T-mobile 4G (HSPA+) support while offering many of the Nokia features that have become standard for the Finnish company’s smartphone products.

An exact release date has not been given for the smartphone, but it will likely release shortly after Windows Phone 8 is ready for launch at the end of October.

Alongside 4G connectivity, the Nokia Lumia 810 will offer a 4.3-inch touchscreen display alongside an 8MP rear facing camera equipped with Carl Zeiss optics. Nokia is also promising crisper and sharper imaging capabilities. Video conferencing and self-portraits can also be experienced with the help of the Lumia’s 1.2MP front-facing camera.

Also featured on the device is Nokia Music and Nokia location apps, which includes Nokia City Lens, a program capable of showcasing hotel, restaurant, and other building information via augmented reality.

Pricing and availability have not yet been announced by T-Mobile or Nokia.  CNET predicts that the device will cost less than $100 with a two-year contract, matching the pricing offered on the Lumia 710 during its debut.

The Nokia Lumia 810 will be the first T-Mobile smartphone to feature the Windows Phone 8 mobile OS.
