‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Nick Learns That Christian Is Adam’s Son — Who Will Take Custody?

Young and the Restless spoilers tease that it won’t be long until Sully’s real identity will be revealed. There’s another bombshell waiting to come out too, as we’ll soon learn that Christian is not Nick’s (Joshua Morrow) son, but Adam’s (Justin Hartley) child.

Celeb Dirty Laundry shared that Dylan’s (Steve Burton) life will be turned upside down when he learns that the baby he’s raised is not his son. In fact, the baby is not Sharon’s child either; instead, he is Sage and Adam’s child. Young and the Restless spoilers suggest that when Dylan learns the truth, there’s no doubt he will be shocked. To make matters worse, he will learn that his wife knew Sully wasn’t their baby for months and withheld the information from him.

Patty (Stacy Haiduk) told Sharon that the reason that Dr. Anderson (Elizabeth Bogush) took Christian from Sage was to act on a revenge scheme against Nick. Apparently, she felt taking his child from him was warranted since he since he took her bright future away from her. Young and the Restless implied that Dr. Anderson’s target was never Sage or Sharon — it was always about her connection to Nick and how he forgot about her so easily in high school.

Shortly after Christian’s (fake) death, Adam told his wife, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) that he switched Sage’s paternity results and he was Christian’s father. Young and the Restless spoilers stated that Victor (Eric Braeden) and Chelsea are the only two people who knew that Adam was Christian dad. Since Adam has since been presumed dead, it seems pretty likely that Chelsea may try to sue Sharon for custody when she discovers that Christian is alive. Young and the Restless spoilers indicated that Adam was completely devastated by Christian’s death, and she knows that he would want her to raise him.

When Sage died on the side of the road, she begged Sharon to tell Nick that their child was alive, Soap Opera Digest reports. Sage made her promise to make things right and let him know that Sully was their son, Christian. Of course, Sharon agreed to tell Nick but never uttered a word to him. Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Sharon never planned on telling him because she was scared he would rip the baby away from her. Sharon believed that Sully belonged with her, and she refused to give anyone a reason to take him from her.

Young and the Restless producers have failed the storyline in many ways, but most importantly, they took the victim (Sharon) and made her the villain in the story. Sharon did not ask for Dr. Anderson to use her in a scheme to seek revenge on Nick. For months, she believed that Sully was her child — she had no reason to question it.

Young and the Restless viewers are gearing up for the whole town to snicker and point fingers at Sharon for “stealing Christian” from Sage and Nick. It wasn’t her doing. Sure, Sharon should have corrected the situation when she discovered the truth right before Sage died, but she was in shock and scared of losing her family. Whether she was right or wrong is a moot point now. Young and the Restless spoilers tease that the week of October 31, Dylan and Nick will receive the shock of their lives when they learn that Sully’s true identity is Christian. The soap opera teases there is more drama headed for Genoa City because there’s more to the Sully/Christian storyline to come.

Not only will Nick and Dylan learn the truth about Sully’s identity, Chelsea will have to make an important decision. Young and the Restless spoilers tease that she will have to decide if she wants to tell Nick that Christian isn’t really his child — he’s Adam’s son. Young and the Restless rumors tease that Victor and Chelsea could head to court to battle for custody of Christian. Chelsea may want custody of Christian because he is Adam’s son, and Victor sees him as his last chance to make amends and make things right with Adam.

Young and the Restless fans, do you think Chelsea will tell Nick that Christian is Adam’s son?

The Young and the Restless airs weekdays on CBS daytime.
