Kylie Jenner Refusing To Stop Flaunting Her Wealth After Kim Kardashian Robbery

Kylie Jenner and her boyfriend, Tyga, are allegedly refusing to stop flaunting their wealth on social media following Kim Kardashian’s gunpoint robbery in Paris on October 2.

According to a new report by Hollywood Life, Kardashian is now determined to live a more low-key life on social media following the attack, which some critics claim happened because Kim regularly showcases her expensive goods across her social platforms. However, her half-sister Kylie and Tyga are allegedly making no such vow.

An insider revealed to the site that Jenner and the rapper, who are famous for flaunting their multi-million dollar jewelry and cars across their various social media accounts, aren’t planning on toning down their luxurious posts anytime soon.

“Tyga and Kylie are going to keep on doing them,” a Jenner source revealed to the site, who admitted that although Jenner and Tyga are reluctant to change their social media habits, it’s not because they’re not sympathetic towards Kim and her recent trauma.

“[Kylie and Tyga] absolutely pissed about what happened to Kim but in no way are they going to let that stop them from promoting their images,” Hollywood Life’s source continued of Kylie and the rapper. “Kylie has every right to flaunt her jewelry, cars, house, the works. She’s worked hard for all her bling and material possessions and if that’s what makes her happy, then so be it.”

And it sounds like the same goes for Kylie’s boyfriend of around two years, Tyga. The Jenner source noted to the site that “Tyga loves all that about her, and he doesn’t plan on stopping or even toning down his and Kylie’s glamorous ways on Instagram or Snapchat anytime soon.

Reports claiming that Jenner and Tyga won’t be toning down their uber-rich image come shortly after TMZ revealed that Kim is now vowing not to showcase her wealth across her various platforms. Kardashian made her decision in the name of safety after she was reported to have been robbed of an estimated $10 million worth of jewelry while attending Paris Fashion Week.

But while Kylie Jenner and Tyga reportedly aren’t promising to follow suit and won’t be making any promises to cut down on flaunting their wealth, Kylie and her boyfriend reportedly have agreed to beef up their security teams following Kardashian’s attack in Paris.

“One thing they will do is beef up security,” an insider close to the family told the site of Jenner and Tyga. “Both of them will have an excess of bodyguards wherever they go — even if it’s to a late night movie, they will have muscles present.”

Kylie and Tyga are certainly no strangers to giving the world a glimpse of their luxury possessions on social media, as Jenner, in particular, has hit the headlines on various occasions for showing off her multi-million dollars worth of cars, watches, and jewelry on both Instagram and Snapchat.

As reported by Entertainment Tonight just the past August, Jenner took to Snapchat to show fans the $200,000 Mercedes Maybach Tyga gifted her for her 19th birthday, even giving fans a good look inside the vehicle via the social media platform.

Kylie gave fans a seriously good look at all angles of the vehicle in a video posted to Twitter where she was filmed viewing the car for the first time, while Jenner then proceeded to share further snaps of her birthday gift from Tyga on her official Snapchat account.

Just months before Kylie flaunted her car across social media, E! News reported that Jenner showed off her $40,000 collection of Cartier ‘Love’ bracelets on Instagram, which is the same place she showcased her huge diamond promise ring from Tyga back in June.
