Dakota Johnson Celebrates Birthday Without Jamie Dornan Or Ex-Boyfriend Matthew Hitt But ‘Fifty Shades Of Grey’ Star Hangs Out With Father John Misty
Dakota Johnson is celebrating her 27th birthday with people that really care about her. While the Fifty Shades of Grey actress has been suffering from her on-and-off relationship with her ex-boyfriend Matthew Hitt, it looks like her 27th year is off to a good start with Father John Misty, Cara Delevingne, and Taylor Swift.
Although Jamie Dornan, her famous co-star on Fifty Shades of Grey, was not by her to congratulate her on making it this far, the actress had no shortage of friends (and possibly some more than just friends) to celebrate her birthday.
Cara Delevingne, who is celebrating her newfound singledom, posted a sweet picture with the birthday girl, which also included Taylor Swift, who was Skyped in for the snap.
That wasn’t the extent of Dakota’s birthday though. She also hung out with the famous Father John Misty, showing that she does have a thing for male musicians. Seeing how her ex-boyfriend Matthew Hitt was a guitarist, she may have a hard time staying away from men interested in music.
“The Fifty Shades star celebrated turning 27 by joining pal Cara Delevingne for some FaceTime with Taylor Swift,” reports Daily Mail. “Then later, she was spotted enjoying a stroll and a coffee in LA with musician Joshua Tillman, 35, whose stage name is Father John Misty.”

The nature of the date was more casual than romantic, but the fact that they made it a point to spend some time together showed that they are more than just acquaintances. Maybe in her 27th year, something might happen with Father John Misty.
Her love life aside, Dakota Johnson had a busy spring, finishing up filming Fifty Shades sequels with her co-star Jamie Dornan. They spent almost four months on the project, going from Canada to France to bring the fans’ fantasy to life.
The trailer for Fifty Shades Darker, the second installment of the series, was released recently and it looked like Jamie and Dakota have stepped up their game in terms of bringing the heat to the silver screen.

Beyonce’s Crazy In Love came back to set the mood for the upcoming sequel, which has many of its fans at the edge of the seats with the hot trailer.

Despite the fact that Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson are done with Fifty Shades, they might see more of each other in the U.S. now. The Irish actor just bought a family home right near Hollywood, hinting that he plans on expanding his American movie career.
“It seems that Fifty Shades of Grey star James (aka Jamie) Dornan is all about tranquil pools and serene patios, based on the style of his new piece of Hollywood Hills, CA, real estate,” reports Trulia Blog. “The British hunk just dropped $2.843 million on a four-bedroom, four-bathroom Mid-Century Modern home, and from the looks of it, it’s the perfect place to get away from the stresses of being one of Hollywood’s rising stars.”
But instead of seeking out his co-star, he might focus on his family, now that he has a second baby.
“We’ve got two little girls now, so it’s pretty insane…. One of my best friends said that one is a pet, two is a zoo,” he said to PopSugar.
“It’s been a big adjustment and it’s definitely harder and you get less time to yourself, but human beings are very good at adaptation,” he added. “You have to just go with it and accept less sleep and accept less time in your hands and accept less reading of books and washing and all the usual things you do in a day.”
